Fun Set at a Great Price!

We love to bake in our house so whenever a fun set comes across the Vine a grab it. I've never seen Rosanna Pansino's videos or tutorials, my wife was familiar with her, though. First of all, while it has her name attached to it, it's a Wilton set. We have a ton of Wilton baking supplies and it's just a quality brand. We've never had any issues with any of the items we've used from them, and we've used a lot. This set is the same quality you'd expect from Wilton. The nonstick baking pan is super easy to clean and very easy to get your cookies off of. It's got a nice sturdy weight to it and doesn't have any issues with warping whilst in the oven like some pans we have. The embossed cookie cutters are a good quality plastic. The designs and edges are all VERY clean, which is obviously what you want to prevent wonky designs or weird gouges etc, from plastic barbs. The spring action is really cool, I hadn't seen that before. You use the embossers like a standard cookie cutter to cut out the shape of the cookie and as you push down further there's a spring loaded embosser that pushes the design into the cookie. The advantage of this is that it holds your cookie in shape as you emboss it, so the pressure of the embosser doesn't push your edges out of shape. The included stamp works well also, you just need a separate cookie cutter that's larger than it to cut the cookies out. Overall, this is a great quality set that does just what it advertises at a fantastic price!

Fun and kid-friendly. Works great with 3-ingredient shortbread (recipe in review) & colored sugar.

This is a fun, easy baking set for adults or kids. We use a fast, simple shortbread dough with the cutters, and then just decorate with colored sugars, which settle into the stamped designs, instead of hassling with frosting. The designs are fun and playful, and the cutting and stamping is much like using play-doh, so was a hit with my 6-year-old. The pan is ultra non-stick, and releases so well than even baked sugar rinses right off. The pan’s on the small side (I’m used to commercial half-sheets), but it has a very deep lip, suitable for a jelly roll. We didn’t end up using the stamp (because we don’t have the right size cutter—I’m puzzled why it wasn’t included. The spring loaded cutter/stamps are kind of fussy to clean, but not dreadful if you rinse them right away. Here’s the shortbread we use. It makes a small batch, 10-12 cookies, a good fit for this pan. It doubles fine, but you’ll need an extra pan or to bake in 2 batches if you double (let the pan cool or they’ll spread) 4 oz soft butter 2 oz powdered sugar 6 oz flour Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Beat butter and sugar til smooth, then add flourto make a thick, buttery dough (or honestly you can dump it all in a food processor at once). Roll it between 2 sheets of parchment, 1/3-1/2” thick. Chill it for about 5 minutes, then cut and stamp as many as you can (if they stick, chill a few minutes; if too hard to stamp, set out a few minutes). Repeat until you’re out of dough. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired. Bake 15-20 min until light golden brown.

Great set

This is a great baking sheet. It does have a deeper lip on it than just a cookie sheet, but I don't mind that. The plunger and cookie cutter set is cute and fun to use. Makes it easy for the kids help and get great results. Makes it easy to decorate nicely as well. Great quality. Pan is heavy duty.

Very fun time making (and eating) cookies with my wife, daughter, and my daughter's friend

Our daughter and her friend (both 7 years old) were super excited to see this baking set. They knew exactly who Nerdy Nummies were. They made pretend videos showing their subscribers how to make cookies using the set. They had a great time, and the cookie cutters worked great. The stamp wasn't as easy to use as the cutters, but it worked. The baking sheet was very non-stick. We've used it a few times now, and cookies slide right off. It's a great weight, and quality, and is easy to clean.

Cute set to give as a gift or keep for yourself

I picked this up for myself and my girls. We finally got around to making cookies for the upcoming holidays and had fun using the different cookie cutters in unique ways to meet our holiday needs. I liked the tips that came with this set as I knew some things when it comes to sugar cookies from my Grandma and mom but having a few more is always helpful. The cookie sheet was nice and as good as the professional one I have (can't remember the brand) so I think it will last for some time. I wish it was a bit bigger though.

Non Stick and Easy to Clean

I just finished using the 9 x 13 cookie sheet from the Rosanna Pansino line and I am very satisfied with the performance. I did use parchment paper but the pan was very easy to clean. It is also a very nice weight such as some others I have which were more expensive. I have not used the cookie cutters yet but plan to make some cookies soon so I can see how well those work. If you are needing a quarter sheet, don't hesitate to buy this one. It has a nice wide rim on each end which makes it easy to handle. I own a number of items from this line and will definitely buy from it again.

Great set

This set is priced very nicely and offers a large savings as to if you were to buy each item separately. Everything is as advertised and well made.

Baking is going to be fun....

This tray is quite well made and studier than most. The spring-release cookie cutters made cutting out the cookies a breeze for my grandson. It's just the right size for a child to carry back and forth...with generous handles to give your child a good grip. If you're looking for a tray that will make baking not only fun but safe, this is your best bet.

Excellent quality

The baking pan is a nice heavy weight and is the perfect size for a lot of things including a bag of frozen french fries, not just for cookies :) The baking set itself is the perfect gift for anybody setting up an apartment for the first time or a housewarming gift. A doesn't have to have a reason gift. Very well made and durable. It's just fun! I have to admit, I had not heard of Rosanna Pansino anything before this and am impressed by the quality and the story behind it.
