Received and assembled the unit today. Very impressed with the unit’s quality and finish. Far superior to other units I’ve looked at and considered buying. The unit was carefully packaged and in a sturdy box to protect the contents. The unit arrived undamaged. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The instructions included information from the manufacturer for requesting replacement parts should any arrived damaged or missing. The unit is very sturdy; no flimsy components. Excellent fit and finish. Extremely pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Love my heater!

Seemed easy enough to put together (no husband complaints!) and my 13 yr old helped me put the tank in and it fired right up! Did have to hold control button down for about 60 seconds and ignite a couple of times initially bc a little windy but got it going on a few minutes). Great Black Friday deal, looks awesome, and gives off good heat for patio time in the colder months. Would buy again!

Easy to assemble, perfect for cold nights!

Purchased the outdoor heater on Black Friday for about 90 bucks. Was originally told the package would take over a week to ship but came home a few days after I ordered and it was on my door step. Took about 45 mins to assemble. I recommend using 10mm and 13mm wrenches to put together. You get a little wrench but small and flimsy. Build quality looks good and rather easy to move around. Can't wait to use it again!

Purchased two for our patio, they work great

Great price, great quality. I was going to rent two for an outdoor winter party but at this price, it was cheaper to buy them. I expected them to be smaller for this price but was happy to see they are the full-size ones like the ones on restaurant patios.

I fell in love with this heater!!! We were able to use it the same day it arrived... I’ve always wanted one of these heaters and I’m glad I bought it my husband and I are very happy that we’re able to keep warm outside... we love it and we’re looking forward to using it during this winter.

Can't beat it for the price

I'm still amazed I got this for the price I paid. The heater is super tall and puts out enough heat to warm up a 1+ car garage in about 15 minutes. It really pumps out the heat. When you first start it up, there will be a smell from the burn-off, but I expected as much. I can't wait to use this on the patio this spring when it's sunny, but still a little chilly.

Definitely a must have for large families or entertaining couples

First, the shipping turnaround by Amazon was way faster than expected, even with the standard free shipping option. The product was well packaged and easily removed. Instructions were easy to read and well thought out. My Wife and I set up the heater with no trouble whatsoever and everything fit together as it should. After carefully connecting our standard 20lb spare propane tank the unit fired up right away. It wasn’t long until we enjoyed the warm glow of heat. The heater feels very sturdy and well made. We can’t wait to enjoy those cool California nights out on the patio this Winter.

Toasty

Product came in on time and was as promoted. Easy to put together. The top is easier to put together with an extra set of hands. When completing the final assembly it is most helpful to have someone hold the pieces together while the other inserts and tightens screws. I own a few of these and this is the first one that raises the base to get to the propane. I think I prefer the ones with a door for the Propane but that is a minor preference. When you need some outside area heating, these things can kick out some heat. In a covered screen room even better.

Love these!!

Set up took about an hour for each of these heaters (we bought two). We got an amazing deal on these for Black Friday! I wish we would’ve purchased 3 of them because they are amazing! We threw a Christmas party and people were complimenting our heaters all night saying they looked like restaurant quality heaters! They couldn’t believe the price we bought them at! They look great in our backyard, they give off a good amount of heat even if you’re a couple feet away, and people were crowded by both of our heaters all night!
