The basement door in my kitchen has a very large draft which always made my kitchen cold. Last night I added the door stopper as instructed. I heated up the glue with my hair dryer prior to placing it on my clean dry door. This morning, there was a difference in temperature in the kitchen. This door stopper already paid for itself by saving money on heating bill. I’ve already ordered two more for other doors to my house. Highly recommend!

Fast and easy way to block out pest.

I had mice/rats coming into my house and this helped. It is a quick and easy way to block the gap between your doors. No drilling or sawing. The glue that attached the strip to the door are very sticky and works well. I am thankful to have found this product. The only regret I have is not buying the 2-package deal initially so I ended up spending more buying 2 on separate transactions. Learn from me, buy in 2 if you need it because I took the test for how good this item is for you.

Works well

Works decently well for blocking out sound. When installing, the adhesive is pliable enough that you can remove the strip to reposition it if needed, yet still has very strong "permanent" sticking power.

Very pleased, easy to install

I am not a handy person at all, but these were very easy to install. All you really need is a measuring tape. When putting it on the door, you can adjust the height as long as you don't press hard initially. Once it's lined up the way you like it, give it a really firm press across the glue portion and it will stay on pretty well. Had it for 2 months now without any problems, and installed it to help reduce noise going into the bedrooms.

Easy to use and holds up well

This was one of the first things installed in a new apartment, so it has had to weather a move and recent extremely cold weather. It now holds up against 2 curious cats. It seems to be holding up quite well a couple months in.

These are great! I tried the foam ones that you insert in a cloth material sleeve and that DID NOT work or last at all! Not to mention it caught so much yucky dirt and with having dogs it caught all dog hairs that was hard to get off it. Saw this and decided to try it and walla! Genius! Easy to install, sticky adhesive is super strong and easy to clean NO MORE DRAFTS and unwanted insects from the outside world whooohooo! Happy customers here! Thank you for making these!

I can talk and do business in my home office without my family hearing me!

I was actually looking to sound proof my home office because I can be on the phone as early as 4 or 5 AM. I was really bothering my family and messing up their sleep. I noticed there was a gap under my door..and tested to see if covering would make a difference..I first started out with blankets and it helped..but didn't look great. I then looked at sound proofing the office, but that looked very expensive! I purchased these to give it a try and was wondering if this strip could really keep the sound from going down the hallway.. I tested it out, put music on..and even took a phone call..and my family says they couldn't hear me! I purchased the 2 pack. I used one strip on my home office door and one on my bedroom door. So happy I can talk freely in my office and my family can sleep, move around outside/watch tv in the living room without worrying about being heard. Thank you!

They work!

I was hesitant in purchasing these. I have tried other door sealers (the foam rollers that go on either side, the kind you stick directly underneath the door). Both options are terrible! First let me tell you why I needed this. First, my bedroom opens from the inside, and has a large opening under the door. Sometimes I place my cats in my room when I am cooking, to keep them from my food and kitchen area. But one of my cats has figured out that all he has to do is stick his paw under the door and pull to get it open. I can't keep him in there longer than 3 minutes. Second, for the front and back doors, I wanted to seal from insects. This summer, I've already seen 5 outdoor, large 2 inch cockroaches inside my apartment. I can't tell you exactly how they get in. I thought it was my messed up window vents, so I got those fixed, and yet again I saw another of these monster cockroaches crawling along my floor. So I took the risk in purchasing these. I received them last night and decided I was too lazy to install them and went to bed. I woke up to find my cat following yet another large cockroach and that was the last straw! I installed them immediately this morning. Not only were they super easy to install, but they stay on all 3 doors when opening and closing! It would be nice if they provided sound proofing for my bedroom, for when my cat is meowing outside of it at 5AM for food, but time will tell. Tip: don't apply it completely flush with the floor. Allow 1-2mm (just a hair) of space between this and the floor or else it'll drag and it's difficult to open/close the door. I recommend these and wish I had purchased sooner!

Great for renters... or anyone.

So I rent & don’t have a lot of options to make changes to my residence. I had noticed a significant temperature difference in the tile near my back door since it had started getting colder. So I wiped out my trusty Amazon app and began browsing and reading reviews. Happened upon this item, read up on it and decided to take a chance. Love it!!! Super easy to install, stuck very well (clean and dry surface). Already can tell a difference in the temperature. And no permanent change to the existing doors.

Thick and sturdy!!

These babies are thick and do the job! They cost a little more but its worth it. The ones I found at the big box stores are really cheap, thin and flimsy. I literally have masking tape holding them onto my patio door. I specifically wanted flaps that didn't come attached to a metal bar that requires sawing to cut them down to size. These flaps just require a razor blade cutter to trim them up. They eliminated the exterior noises, drafts, and bugs that would enter my house. The adhesive is super sticky, no masking tape required as a backup. A must buy!!
