These are my low carb blueberry muffin fix here. With the carb count being so low I don’t have to worry about a spike in my glucose. And yet the taste and flavor aren’t sacrificed with them. Have have bought the starter sample set and he the all blueberry set twice now. And every time they taste so fresh.

It's just the right sweetness and tastes like a blueberry muffin. They are great when you are having a sweet craving if following a keto and paleo lifestyle.

Great breakfast on the go

Loved these. Great to keep in my office for breakfast. They were moist and had a texture like carrot cake or zucchini bread- not hard to get over but some may find it different. I will continue to buy these.
