I gave this product a bad review initially. The connectors were missing making the product unusable. HOWEVER, I am now a satisfied customer and my little granddaughter is playing happily in her tent. Upon learning of the problem, the vendor quickly sent me a new tent. Very appreciative of this excellent customer service.

I bought this tent for my three years old daughter who absolutely loves it! This Tent is spacious enough to up to three small children. My daughter loves to sit in the tent playing the iPad and reading the book.

Good value good company

I accidentally be two of these so we set one up at our grandaughters house is one at ours. When I set the one up at our house I found I was missing one 😭 horizontal poles. An email to the company got a quick reply. They do have individual parts so they sent me a whole new tent that had been returned. They are easy to set up and our granddaughter loves them.

PERFECT!!!

Tint cover was turned inside out but it was an easy fix to simply turn the right way! :) came with a bag to store it in for traveling and storage with a picture and very detailed instructions! ! The lights are somehow (zip tied or clipped) together so there are small stars AND big stars. There are TWO battery packs that both require 3 batteries to operate. However you only have to have ONE of the packs full to turn the lights on. The second pack makes the lights brighter if you choose to put batteries in it. Not one single complaint. EXACTLY like the picture! <3

Big princess tent for the price. Good quality.

As you can see this was an awesome purchase for my daughters. The size is very big and the materials seems good enough. Setting up will be easier with two people for sure. My tent was actually inverted so halfway through I noticed that and had to start over and make sure the poles are inside of tent... easiest way is look at the wavy flaps surrounding the tent. Make sure it’s facing outwards haha. The add on lights are cute but I wish it was a little smaller and more intergrated. Basically I just lay it on top and used bender clips to hold it in place... you don’t want little kids getting tangled in those wires. As you can see from pictures, the size is very spacious and fits 3-5 kids easily. Just remember that it takes time to put it up and will take just as long taking it down. So put it somewhere that you’ll leave it up for weeks at a time :) Again quality is pretty good, no issues at all. Build quality seems to hold up well from kids pushing and leaning against it. Another tip is to put thick blankets on floor so kids don’t hurt themselves.

This is a great tent and a few things to know are...

This is such a cute tent, my 3 year old loves it but it’s a bit bigger than anticipated. My husband and my daughter both fit inside the tent, which had a bunch of toys in it too... The best advice I have is to fully look over the instructions on the bag and the vague sheet of instructions and then put the poles together and familiarize yourself with the poles before trying to put the tent together. It took about 30 min to put together... You need 3 AA batteries for the lights but it also has a USB adapter and you’ll need to put the banner together, which was easy. It comes with spare parts too which was great...I haven’t taken it outside yet so I don’t know how easy it would be taking it apart... Overall I would recommend this to a friend.

Best birthday gift

Lovely Princess Tent, Great Price! I bought it for my daughter’s birthday gift. We install it together at her birthday. It is easy to install, we have a great time. When we finished, she really loves this pink princess castle. And happy to play with her friends in her private room. The star decorative string lights are perfect to light up the tent at nights. I can't recommend it enough for the design and quality, price.

Easy assembly everything arrived intact

Would highly recommend this tentp with the twinkle lights! Assembly was easy I did it with my five year old. The tricky part was untangling the lights. But it was worth it all. My little girl finally loves her room because of this tent!
