Beautiful, high quality product

I purchased this journal as a gift for a friend, and I was delighted when it came. I liked the pictures and the reviews, but it was of an even higher quality than I expected. I was nervous that it would be too feminine, but it had a nice masculine feel. The material it is made out of is not leather, but it still has a feeling of excellence. The paper quality was nice and heavy, which is exactly what I wanted for him to be able to sketch in for artistic purposes. For me, I write with a fountain pen, so I love that the paper is non-bleed. I love that you can buy filler replacements; it makes the price even more reasonable, since you are essentially purchasing a lovely portfolio. The size is also lovely - perfect for carrying with you in a jacket inside pocket or a purse. I had some interaction with their wonderful customer service, too. They checked to make sure I had gotten the product, which made me really feel that they wanted me to have the best experience possible. They have a position called "customer happiness specialists"! I love this - it makes it sound like they have the secret to happiness and are looking to share it with us. Sign me up for that job! All of that said, I will definitely be shopping with them again. I feel very pampered by this experience.

Excellent

I haven't used all the bits yet (and probably won't), but so far it's pretty much perfect for what I need, which is repairing and modifying action figures. The bits will easily go through toy-grade plastic, and can even grind away metal screws if you have a stripped screw to remove and a bit of patience. The holes it drills are nice and clean. (If you're drilling into a smooth surface, try scratching/chiseling a little dent into the surface to keep the drill steady when you start a new hole.) Attaching or removing a bit is very easy, and they stay attached well. It's comfortable to handle. It does not feel flimsy or cheaply built (though I will update if anything breaks or fails). My only problem is a lack of a dedicated storage/carrying case; some of the included bits are TINY and easy to lose if you're not careful. Get a little case or something to store them in. Overall, I would definitely recommend this.

Vegan Leather, Oxymorons, and Appropriate Anniversary Gifts: A Positive Review and Endorsement

The traditional gift for the 3rd wedding anniversary is leather...but what do you do when your wife is a vegan? HOW ABOUT A VEGAN LEATHER JOURNAL? Even though "vegan leather" is an oxymoron, I'll be the first to admit that this is a great quality product, looks nice, is refillable, and is very reasonably priced. It's reasonably leather-like in feel and appearance. The wife was delighted, I became an Anniversary Gift Superstar, and all was well with the world. Two thumbs up.

Practical and useful for hobbies

Good for people into jewelry making, crafting/modeling miniature objects, woodwork etc. In my experience, it works well for drilling small holes in resin or not too hard surfaces. You might have to be extra careful with smaller holes but very easy to get used to once you handle the drill for a few times. Very impressed with it.

Real nice pin vise excellent customer service

This pin vise is all metal. The handle being aluminum and the jaws, of course, steel. Works well with the jaws closing evenly down to nothing. This thing will hold a straight pin. Jaws lock up and drills will not turn in chuck. Only had it a week or so but have used it quite a few times. I did have a very small problem at first. Just a couple of bits missing. I informed the seller and they sent a new on out immediately. I got the thing in a day or two. Customer service is excellent. I can't think of anything else they could have done to make things right. If I need something they sell in the future I will definitely order from them.

Good, compact hand drill

Exactly what I needed! Works for its purpose and as described. Average size for handling and if you're looking for a product to do drilling for small products, this product is for you. The drill is simple to use, packaging is compact how I prefect it. The back handle rotates so it lets you rest your hand and press down for pressure. Happy with the variety of the mini drill bits so it's a good purchase.

Marvelous

This little tool is perfect for resin work. The bits bite in without issue, there's little to no resistance when turning it, and the jaws hold the bits perfectly. My work is ten times more efficient now thanks to this.

The pin vise is fantastic!

Just what I was looking for. Well made for its intended purpose. Just the right size for the average hand. Would highly recommend this to anyone that requires a small hand drill working with very small abjects.
