Great Modern Rack

Great water holder, stable and sturdy rack. Doesn't take up a lot of space and holds 5 bottles. I place only 4 bottles at a time, 5 gallon water go quickly in my house. So we can never hold 5. I love the fact that its not bulky. Worth the purchase.

Excellent customer service

The first item to come was damaged with one of the bottom legs being dented. I didnt trust the product. I contacted their customer service department and they sent out another one promptly without hassle. It arrived in perfect condition. At first it didn't seem sturdy but after putting it together and getting 3 full jugs on it it's perfect and sits well in my kitchen keeping it nice and tidy. I fully recommend this product.

Sturdy

My husband began berating me on this purchase when he noticed what I bought to hold our water bottles; then I was concerned that it would be chincy and flimsy. Boy he was wrong. Went together easily. It’s not heavy duty but it is sturdy and it holds 3 large (5 gallon) water bottles with ease. No tipping concerns with bottles that are full or empty. Easy to maneuver bottles in and out.

Nice rack

It arrived fine and I put it together with no issues. I did notice a couple of burrs on the metal, but it makes no difference once the rack was put together. I have three 3 gallon jugs on it and see no issues. I like that it has adjustable feet so it can be made quite sturdy. All in all, worth the money.

Good quality

This assembled pretty quick, is very sturdy, and keeps our bottles nice and neat. When I first saw the pic of this unit, I thought it wouldn't be strong enough, but it is. I would definitely buy it again, as it is engineered quite well. If a bottle leaks, that is a bottle problem, not a problem with the stand. Also, some mentioned the downward tilt in reference to a leaky bottle; the only way to not have a problem with a leaky bottle is to stand the bottle straight up, but that takes much more space. So far, no leaky bottles for me, but it is something we should all watch for.

Basic, great for organizing water supplies in a small space

Update Thursday January 17th 2019 After returning the previous defective item, i got a full refund and ordered a new one. It arrived today, I assembled it right away and it works great. It fits in my small closet and my water supplies are now well organized! First review Monday January 14th 2019 I ordered this item this week-end and got it Monday. As soon I got it, I try to assemble it. First, I notice a minor issue: the building instructions are wrong, if you follow them you will have to unscrew to put together the the 2 levels of the Rack. Last and worse, the item that we received was defective. In the top right leg, there was no hole, so we couldn't insert the screw to assemble it. I am returning it, re-ordering a new one, hoping this time it will work ! I will update my review once I receive the new one.

Perfect for holding 5gl bottles

Very study rack for 5 gal water bottles. Simple to put together. I didn’t even have to look at the instructions. I do put the bottles in backwards so they are not tilled so much. It works just as well.
