The first test I did upon receiving the level is compare it with another laser level. It is spot on level. There are two button and a switch to control the functions of the laser. The power button is used for turning the laser on and off, and to switch the composition of the lasers with a short press. The pulse mode is controlled with the pulse button. The leveling switch is used to lock and unlock the self-leveling mode. Ease of use is five stars. The lasers are very bright and easy to see across a room. Other levels with the same features are twice as much. I highly recommend the Huepar GF360G. Remember to activate your two-year warranty online.

It's so nice to see the green laser line in a room that has a lot of light coming in. The red laser is had to see without the glasses, the green light is so bright you can see it across the room.

High quality/value and very easy to use 3 plane laser level.

I do a lot of personal home remodeling. This 3 plane laser level has a bright green beam and is fantastic for indoor use. Makes ceiling and floor tile layout simple. Works great for outdoor use such as grade setting. For outdoor use I would recommend getting a laser pulse detector especially in bright sun. I bought the Huepar LR-510 laser detector. Works great with the GF360G laser level. I have been able to use this laser in bright sunlight without the laser detector using green lens glasses, the green target supplied with the laser and by rigging up a sun shade to block the bright sun on the target. Works for me. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quality unit at a reasonable price.

*Update* Great Customer service

This product worked great after it's initial charge, it's bright, it's accurate. However after initial charge i plugged it in to charge and when i turned it off (after locking it first) the top light stayed on, it stays like this until the battery dies, so now I have to plug the unit in every time i need to use it because it's been sitting in it's case slowly dying. Only way around it is to charge it for about an hour before I'm going to need it. Very frustrating. Update: I had the above issue and they sent a replacement unit immediately and ask about the issue so they could try and remedy it for any future devices etc. New one works great. Wonderful customer service.

This laser level is a steal

This laser's high setting is very bright and could easily be used outdoors in the shade. It might even work in full sun, but I haven't tried it yet. I prefer this over my Bosch laser level, and it was less than half the cost. It also has a 2 year warranty on it, which I don't think any of the high end brands do. I would highly demand for professionals and DIYs.

Very Accurate and Great Value

I bought this Laser to help layout a difficult flooring project. The room is 42 feet long but required me to start laying down flooring in three separate locations and unite them after 16 feet was put down in 3 separate lanes. Using the laser's 90 degree feature I laid out grids, dropped chalk lines along the laser lines and was able to meet up the flooring exactly as I planned. I never could have achieved this using a tape measure. Thankfully the laser is fairly intuitive because the instruction manual is light on details. Overall the unit appears to be well made and with the Amazon coupon makes it a great value. Haven't tried it outside yet but will this spring with a yard grading project planned.

I questioned

Not many lasers work well in direct sun. This doesn't either. But, this laser works as well as most lasers in the 3-fold range. I was going to buy the 600 dollar model of a competitor, I am glad I went this way. Complaints, the self leveling switch is tough to click, and the usb plug broke immediately. Don't care. 2 thumbs up, nice product.

Useful 3 - 360 degree planes...

I searched for a laser level for a basement finished project. I selected the Huepar GF360G because of the features (much more feature-rich compared to the Dewalt for the money) and solid reviews. This laser level seems to be well built, it's accurate, and has proven to be a huge time saver. The only criticism that some people might dislike is the line is slightly heavier than I would prefer. In the grand scheme of things -- and when you compare the overall value for the features you get, this product is worthy of a 5-star rating.

Accurate and good value

I was unsure how the green Huepar lasers at this price would work. I was impressed checking level and plumb the first use and they were spot on. This is my second Huepar laser and both have been impressive for the price. For those who are rough on tools or for the part timer or DIY, this is a good option. It even worked decently outside during the day which I had low expectations for.
