Had and issue but customer service has been great.

I ordered this unit and it arrived non-functioning. I contacted the seller who shipped me a smaller unit to use while we were waiting for the larger unit to come and stock. I am waiting for the arrival of the larger unit but I'm currently using the 26 quart version that I was given to use. the customer service was absolutely outstanding it. I have never heard of a company sending out a loaner unit when a defect is received. I would definitely order from this company again. Sometimes things happen with electronics in transit. I understand that. What is totally exceptional is the customer service. on that note, I can tell you that the 26quart unit that I am using temporarily is absolutely fantastic. If the 48 Quart unit works as well as the 26 it is worth every penny. I am using this in my camper van and it is a lifesaver. It is so nice to be able to store all of my foods and know that they will be refrigerated in such a compact, low energy consumption product. I am very happy and will update this post when I received 48th quart unit.

Very nice fridge.

Very nice fridge. I've had it hooked up to my new Goal Zero Yeti 1000 lithium for about a week now and it's working great. Holds temperature within a + or - 3 degrees. I would definitely recommend the Ausranvik 48-Quart portable car fridge freezer.

Great Customer Service

First unit that was sent had a problem with the circuit board. Emailed customer service and within one day had a reply. About four days later I received a new refrigerator. This one works terrific. Their warranty is the best I've seen. As for the refrigerator...great size, sturdy, well-built, very quiet, very little battery draw, has the right amount of insulation, walls not too thick so there is plenty of room for food inside. I am very happy with the unit. Comparable to those costing much, much more. Would buy again, but won't need to with their warranty.

This fridge is amazing, why did I not buy it earlier! Don't ever worry with ice again. I used this on my camper van and I had zero issues at all with it. This is an awesome product, I would recommend to anyone that does a lot of camping or vehicle based adventures.

Have a problem when it arrives, call the manufacturer, they are very responsive

Ordered this unit to use on my boat. Plugged it into 110 and although the display lights were working, the compressor would not engage. Sent email to the manufacturer describing the problem, also wanted to change from C to F. Technical support was very responsive, said it was probably the 110 adapter and asked me to plug it to a 12v outlet which I did and and after a standard 3 min delay, the compressor kicked in and immediately started cooling. He also sent a much more comprehensive and I was able to easily switch the readout not F. I was very impressed with the Manufactors tech support. Have had it running for 3 days now and it is maintains the temp at a constant 0 degrees. Assuming it lasts for awhile, am very pleased with the freezer. Also received the new 110 adapter and it works fine

Works great and keeps it cold for a reasonable battery load

I purchased this for use on a boat ( which is obviously not what it was designed for ), and even though i was using it inefficiently (i had it on an inverter, so it was going from DC to AC to DC), it still only had a modest power requirement, that should be covered by a 100W panel handily. Love it.

Great customer service - Loving the fridge

We received the 48qt fridge and immediately plugged it in to see how it worked. Fridge works great. Good size good product, great customer service. Had a couple of question which I sent to the service department. I got an almost immediate response with great service. It is plugged in in my garage right now maintaining temp. Cant wait to take it camping. Update 6-8-19: while I have not taken this camping as I would like, I have used it almost every weekend for the last 2 months, while coaching travel softball. I hook the fridge up to a battery in the back of my truck with a 5w trickle charge solar panel and can keep all of my food cold for the entire weekend at the softball field. Love the fridge, would buy another one. Actually thinking of the smaller one to have a dedicated freezer in my truck.

Economy for your batteries and your wallet!

We've had this running as a freezer for six weeks straight now with no issues at all. It was purchased for our sailboat currently in Florida with temperatures in the 70s and 80s. We keep it at -14c or about 7f (no Fahrenheit display) on the economy setting and it will freeze gallons of water in roughly a day. It doesn't cycle too often and the power consumption seems inline with the description, 27V÷13.5W=2A. We have 500W solar and 460AH battery bank which with any decent amount sun needs no other source of charge to run this freezer plus our fridge (4A) and any other miscellaneous amp usage and still be above 12V in the morning. We toss a blanket over the top to insulate a bit as some warmer days a small amount of condensation is noticeable around the handles, just don't cover the vents. Should have got the cover at the same time. So far I have no regrets especially at over half the price of other similar products!

Came with the inner basket pushed in pass the upper plastic trim it is supposed to rest on, it took me good 5 minutes to try to get it out and not damage the aluminum inside wall, in the process doing that the coating on the basket came off, now it is going to rust. Why would someone force it down like that? Update: A new basket came in couple of days from China, impressive! Six stars to customer service.

I was looking for a cooler fridge for my van conversion. The 48 quart unit I received works as specified in every regard. I can verify that with my unit the energy usage and time to cool are accurate. A small problem with the AC adapter was quickly resolved with a replacement after a quick email to customer support. I received it in two days. These guys seem to want to make sure everything is right and you are happy. I would highly recommend considering this unit over some of the other more expensive names. The level of customer service suggest they are looking to make a name for themselves in this product. Thumbs up!
