I love peanut butter anything and these bars are a nice, not-too-sweet peanut butter flavor! Also, a really crispy and light texture, which is a nice change from denser, chewy protein bars.

For 10g of protein, this is one of the tastiest protein bars I’ve had. It tastes like chocolate and wafers. (I got the chocolate mint and I’m buying the vanilla one) Is the sugar flavor fake, you may ask. Well I suppose it is. But I’ve been low carb for over a year and I have gotten used to stevia, munk fruit, and Other fake sugars. They don’t bother me as much as it might other people. My stomach is fine after I eat this, no weird gurgling or distress.

I was eating a Vanilla Lemon wafer bar at the hair salon yesterday and the manicurist asked me what flavor it was. I told her and she said, "Have you tried the peanut butter? They're really good!" i had just finished my first box of peanut butter wafers bars and I just ordered two more. I think they are delicious and just the perfect amount for a quick snack with enough protein so you don't get hungry right away. I usually eat one around 4 PM and I am good until dinner between 8-9.

As someone who restricts sugar, I love these as an occasional treat. I do prefer crunchy bars in general, so maybe that influences my opinion. I've tried every flavor and truly love them all, but peanut butter is my favorite. If you are a fan of wafer cookies or kit-kats and are used to lower sugar products (which are obviously not going to taste just like a candy bar), I really think you would enjoy these.

If you remember the big block of sugar wafers your dad used to eat while watching TV, these are very similar. Reminiscent of those blocks of sugar, but these are healthy and more delicious (love the touch of tangy lemon!), and only 3 carbs. They are awesome! I read some of the negative reviews. They are ridiculous. I have been following low-carb diet; have lost 25 pounds; and, these are absolutely the best treat! What's more, the Chocolate Mint flavor are very similar to Girl Scouts Thin Mints. If you put them in the freezer, it hard to tell the difference. I love, love, love these protein bars. SO MUCH BETTER than the cardboard low-carb bars out there. These are great!

So I normally will pick these up at Walmart but with this recent weather we’ve been experiencing I don’t feel like making the drive up there. I decided to checkout Amazon. The prices are right in line with Walmart and delivered to my front door - sold!! I am very happy with ordering atkins products on here. These bars taste fantastic!

Have been following a low carb diet for 3 years and was really happy that Atkins came out with 3 flavors of these wafer cookies. A really nice, light, crispy texture yet filling & tasty. A good change from dense bars. The Mint flavor reminds me of the Girl Scouts Thin Mint Cookies which I really love and miss. PB and Lemon flavors are also good but if you are a tart lemon lover like me they lack the strong citrus flavor.

Let me say that I have had so many types of keto bars and this one is by far my favorite. The Chocolate Mint flavor is delicious and feels like a real treat. I count total carbs as well so the fact that its only 10 carbs makes a big difference when many bars have much higher total carb counts. The ingredients are also much better than the old Atkins bars. I love these things and have already purchased 6 boxes over a few months time because they act as my treat when I need something sweet and delicious.

These bars, and the Atkins Carmel Choc Nut Rolls, keep me inline with my Atkins low carb goals, and are a tasty/fulfilling occasional treat so you don't feel deprived. They are less sweet than a Kit-kat, and I've grown to like them even more (they taste more adult, haha). One is guilt free, just count in your numbers. Don't eat multiple in one setting (easy to do) as it would be a lot of sugar alcohol. Trick - slowly eat half, big gulp water, then other and you'll be satisfied.

These Atkins protein wafers bring me back to my childhood days of the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry wafers that I used to LOVE! I can't believe you can make such a delicious wafer with so few carbs!! These are a game changer!
