Great LED light

I installed this light in the middle of my tropical fish 10g aquarium to get an even illumination (on the side the illumination was uneven) the light design is beautiful looks pretty modern and the blue lights are perfect to see my glo fish glow! Very easy to install.

Small but bright!

I can't believe the quality of this light. I think it can light up an entire 30 gal. I opened the box & was disappointed by it's size. The light panel is about 3x1 but 1 lights up a 55 bow front almost entirely (I got 2). The CON: THE CLAMP IS TOO SMALL TO FIT ON THE AQUARIUM (I think it only goes up to a quarter inch). But it did fit the lid. This will only fit a rimless. Beautiful white & blue lights. Great value!

Great aquarium timer

I decided to give this timer a try because it was the cheapest one I could find that did what I wanted, which was creating a sunrise/sunset in my 10-gallon aquarium. It's been hooked up for a few days now and it's doing the job! My African dwarf frogs seem to appreciate having a more "normal" progression of daylight. The controls were fairly simple to navigate and you have a lot of options for specific light intensity at certain hours of the day. The manual even comes with a couple of recommended programming examples if you're not sure exactly what you want with each individual settings option. I ended up using one of the recommended examples and it's perfect: easy to program and looks great. This timer is worth the money!

Great!!!! But...

First off love the light, great size for a 10 gallon. Doesn't illuminate to much, especially if you put it on the right or left side. You can try leaving it in the middle, if you want its full use. Looks like it was cheaply made, not sure if it can withstand being on 8 hours a day. The really upsetting part is its design flaw. I couldn't get it to fit my tank, so had to put wall stickers on it. Its holding due to its lightweight, this is meant for smaller tanks or thinner frames. This cost me 8.99 and i see the price is still going up. Neverless I got this for my quarantine tank and I couldn't be happier.

I really like how this light looks on my planted fish bowl. It does the job and has a nice look to it. The night and day feature is awesome. I do wish it was a little brighter but I still give it five stars

Very well made almost too bright

Bought these for my betta and was surprised just how bright the LEDs are, even the blue "moonlight" seem almost too bright. It illuminates my tank very well, to the point I started seeing algae grow for the first time. Considering I have snails there, I'm not too worried, but rather happy for however odd that may sound.

Nice little light

This is a nice affordable small light for a smaller nano tank. I am using mine on a 5.5 gallon planted. I had to cut a notch out of the black rim to get it to attach. I would definitely consider this a low light and not good for plants that require high lighting.

Awesome small led light

This small led light we bought for our diy aquarium we built from scratch, as seen on our youtube channel (House Billings). It has worked wonderfully! Couldn't be happier with its price and performance. Very cool setting of the nightlight feature which glows a very nice blue, as seen in the picture. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a smaller tank.

Perfect for non-planted 5 gal

I bought this light because I recently redecorated my 5 gallon Marineland Portrait aquarium to no longer include live plants. I was using a 30 LED light and it was extremely bright, to the point it would light up my entire living room, so I wanted something a little more low key yet bright enough to show off our betta, Indigo. I first purchased the GloFish LED for 5 gallon tanks but it was far too blue hued and dim. Then, I found this light. This light is perfect for the Marineland tank, as the clip on feature works really well with the back filter compartment. It’s also just the right amount of bright for the height of the tank. However, if you have live plants, I’m not sure I would recommend.

Great value for a great little light

This is a great little light and works great for lighting up my 5gal cube aquarium. I like that you can use it both as a bright daytime light or just with the blue lights on at night. I have a couple of glow fish and 2 glow fish plants and the blue light makes them just pop.
