Perfect and versatile

I have been looking at a LED ring light for a long time now and after getting my other light panel I finally thought this was the next thing to get. I could not be more happy with this. I only use daylight white soft light so I don't have to worry about changing to the yellow panel. I really like the look that it gives on the face and especially the eyes. In photos and videos. The stand I thought was nice because it folded up more compact than my softbox light stands which take up a lot of space. I would say if you only use one specific color temperature then this is perfect with a small fill light. It will more than likely be the only lights you will need. If you on other hand change tones unlike me I would recommend spending more and getting a ring light with variable color temperature since that would be more convenient.

DISCLAIMER: Save yourself the hassle, and don't forget to also buy the "SAMTIAN Hot Shoe Adapter" in the Frequently Bought Together section, it has an automatic coupon that makes it free with this light ring, due to some manufacturing error, it is apparently common for the hot shoe that the ring light came with to not fit with the ring light (it's about 2mm off). I made this mistake, but after contacting the company directly, they shipped it instantly and free of charge. Now to the product, I would recommend this for indoor shots for it has to remain on DC power. The set comes with a carrying bag for both the ring light + accessories, and the light stand. The light stand, while a little flimsy, is more than enough for the bulk of the ring light. The dimmer has a surprising amount of range and the filters (white and orange) should be more than enough for normal lighting situations. While it comes with a Bluetooth clicker (for your phones), I probably wouldn't be finding myself using it for glorified selfies anytime soon. Overall, the set came with everything I needed, and I look forward to what I can shoot later on.

Bigger than expected

Loving this light! It’s a lot bigger than I expected, which is a huge plus! I don’t see any negative with this item. The light is bright and it dims well too. It comes with a remote, so you can turn it on and off from a distance. This is great for pictures and for my makeup. It also comes in a case, so it’s perfect to bring it for taking pictures. I will definitely use it for indoor pictures and makeup. It took me 5 min to put it up. Super easy to assemble and easy to take it down as well.

I am in love!

I have been wanting a ring light for the longest time and finally went for it. This thing is amazing! I love doing my makeup at my vanity rather than the bathroom but the lighting in my apartment is so bad that I wasn't able to to it in there. I tried one of those stick on vanity lights and it wont stay on my mirror because it's not a smooth surface and it just didn't have the right brightness. I set this in front of my vanity mirror without the stand and it illuminates like nothing else. You could seriously use this as a lamp if you wanted to. I love that the settings are adjustable. you can have it as dim or bright as you want. I haven't used it with my phone so I can't speak much of that but overall, this ring light works great. I also love that it come with a carrying case.

Great light

I was nervous after reading other reviews, but I was very happy after getting it and putting it together. It is very sterdy and I love all the different heights option. I Just recently started selling online and I wanted a really good light so I could take high-quality pictures and this light is perfect. It’s really easy to change how bright you want the light. It also comes with a great carrying bag.

Like this light

This light is amazing. It come with a large carrying bag and it’s super easy to set up. The fixture come with all quick release connection so you don’t need any tool to set up. Everything is straightforward. The light intensity is adjustable. It goes from almost no additional light to as bright as you can’t really open your eyes. The cellphone holder is easy to install and it’s pretty standard type of holder you will find on self-stick. Overall I think this light is worth the money. A tool needed for instagrammers and YouTubers

Prior to receiving the ring light . I thought it was going to be made of breakable material and since I have a toddler running around. I didn’t want it to break . But this light is amazing it is made of removable plastic around the lights. The picture and video quality is divine and it comes with a portable carrying bag. Setting up and taking down is a breeze and it even comes with a second orange light cap. It is large enough to stand up and take videos or even sit down. Overall this a great tool that I will be using for instagram pictures and my YouTube videos . Also it’s not as pricey as many of the other ring lights!

My primary accessory for my studio.

This is my favorite item for my YouTube studio that I set up. The light is easy to use and pretty easy to put together. The brightness is just perfect and is adjustable to meet the required light for what ever room, studio or location. It brings a separate set of light covers that very easy to change. The cellphone hold is a decent size and the camera holder fits perfect. As an advise, make sure the stand is very steady before adding or attaching the camera for stability purposes. Really recommend and I loved it.
