Beautiful design

Sony hit a home run with this digital voice recorder. Light, compact and easy to use, it comes at a reasonable price. The audio quality is very good. I got it for my son-in-law to use to take notes at his college courses.

Works as expected, no issues with mic

First thoughts, wasn’t really worried about the mic not working as some reviewers have said. Just needed it to help me keep track of things and also study. Was pleasantly surprised that the mic works with no issues at all. Had a 32gb micro sd card and it’s ready to go for a good amount of recording.

Impressive

Sony did an outstanding job with this ICD-PX 470 model. Not only did they pack it with features to record just about any situation, they supported it with user information that I have never seen better done. Just go to their website to verify it if you are a nonbeliever.

great, easy to use product and excellent customer support

I absolutely love the recorder! I am not a ‘techie’ so products like this can be frustrating for me but in this case there was none of that. The directions were great, the functions and maneuvering through the functions so easy and actually fun, the sound quality is phenomenal and the size is perfect!! All in all 5++++ stars out of 5! Also customer support is easily accessible with prompt responses.

Works very well

For the price you can’t beat the quality. Sony has always made great products. My husband bought this actually due to strange things occurring in our house (we are skeptics and very rational people) so we went out on on whim to try this. He literally tested this right after getting it and we caught a class A EVP first use. Believe as you wish but this product captured something unexplainable.

Exactly what i needed.

Simple and easy to use, and if you make sure to read the instruction manual that comes with it, you'll really be able to understand and benefit from all of the features. i love the internal USB connector which makes it super easy to transfer my recordings to my computer and back them up. Glad I bought this item!

Versatile and a great value!

Great product!! I have used it several times. Easy to use. Easy to learn. Good range of features for this price range. I can use an external microphone, I can add an SD card. It has different modes depending on ur recording environment. I like it alot!!

Voice Recorder, excellent quality

This worked better than I had hoped. Had it placed in a room of my house and could hear everything that was said. It even picked up callers on cell phones. That was unexpected! Battery life is awesome and very easy to use.

Excellent, Basic, Easy to Use

Like basic recorder and like that I can use it as an mp3 player. arrived quickly and in good condition.
