Hand-washed it before using, was right back into initial shape. Despite some wrinkles, it did its job! Looks and feels durable.

Love this heavy couche for bread forming. It's great weight and quality are perfect. I also appreciated the nice dough scraper for bread making I didn't expect it or have one!

Not only is this couche excellent for bread, it also makes a great pastry cloth for rolling cookie or pie dough. If you use plastic bench scrapers, you can even use it to cut bread rolls or clean up your loaves. To clean: simply throw in the washing machine with a mild laundry soap, no softener for obvious reasons. It'll be a bit wrinkly; but if you shake it out a bit it is ready for another go.
