Exceeded my expectations...

These re-usable, silicone steamer liners are so much better than paper liners. I like to make Chinese steamed dumplings, and have used paper liners. My complaint with paper liners is that they can stick to the dumplings, requiring me to peel bits of paper off the occasional dumpling. These silicone liners did not stick at all. What particularly surprised me, is that when I was taking out one dumpling, I nudged another, and it slid sideways, without sticking at all. I then nudged all the rest of the dumplings, and they all slid around on the liner without sticking at all. The liner was very easy to clean, and now it's ready to use again.
