Many times I work from home and from my bed. It gets very uncomfortable trying to work from a laptop on your lap. This adjustable desk makes it so I can be comfortable in bed and still work. I love that the joints all have degrees marked on them because it makes it easier to make the stand level. I also like that the desk has a cooling fan to keep my laptop cool which will increase the life of my laptop. The added mousepad is appreciated because using a touchpad doesn't always work as well as I would like it to. It also came with instructions to show you the best ways to adjust the desk for different scenarios. For instance sitting on the sofa or at a table or laying in bed

This laptop stand can be adjusted to just about any position you like. It took me a while to figure out how to set it up so I could type in bed, but the included instructions have diagrams that give you suggestions. It is nice to be able to lay back and still have my laptop at an angle that allows me to see the keyboard and type. Because it adjust so much, I would recommend you leave it in the adjusted positoin and not fold it up unless you need to travel or you want to use it in different positions. Overall very pleased

This seemed a little pricey to me, but I'm really glad I bought it. It's very intelligently designed and versatile, using aluminum and plastic to make a product is very light, but very sturdy. That being said, I wouldn't put more weight on it than a 15-inch laptop. I like the way it was designed, because that's how it's so lightweight, but it's probably not a good idea to put extra weight on it for a lot of the same reasons. It doesn't feel "flimsy," but it doesn't feel rock solid, either, especially to the point where I would put lots of extra weight on it. I've been looking for a product like this for a long time, so I'm very glad that this works as well as it does.

I got this desk because I work from home sometimes and I’m also a student and didn’t have space for a traditional desk in my small NY apartment because my husband also works from home and he has a traditional desk that’s taking up a lot of space. This came in very handy. I can sit on the floor and use it, on my sofa and on my bed. It has changed how I am able to organise my work tremendously because before I was putting my laptop on my lap or on a regular table that I could not adjust the height. With this desk the great thing is I can adjust the height accordingly so that’s been really helpful and a blessing to my neck and back because I no longer have to strain my neck due to inappropriate height level. I don’t use a mouse so I just rest my phone there while I’m working. My husband even likes it very much so he has been using it from time to time when he works from his laptop in the living room. The desk seems very sturdy and can accommodate heavier laptops like the 15.6” MacBook Pro that my husband has or 13” MacBook Pro which is what I use. I’m very happy with the desk.

I’ve been reading about the benefits of a standing desk for people who spend a lot of time sitting at a computer at work. I wanted to give it a try, so I bought this tray to raise my keyboard. It works perfectly! I can easily change from sitting to standing throughout the work day just by placing my tray on my desk and moving my keyboard and mouse up. My monitors are on risers and also slide up higher when I want to stand for a while. My husband drilled a hole on the left side so that I could place my mouse tray on the left. Perfect and cheap solution for a standing work station!

Once again, a big thing with me is quality, that's probably number 1. This is very nicely made, nice welds, it looks like it comes from a small shop somewhere and the people who work there could probably have made anything because they know how to build quality. Second is functional, does it work for my purposes, does it have utility and yes, it sure does, I AM going to use it for a breakfast thing on the front room coffee table, and I've already done it in so many positions I feel a little ashamed honestly, I've only known 'er for 2 hours. 3rd is design and this is an awesome design. Whoever it was that designed the prototype and kept working on it is to be commended, you have made something unique, even if elements have been borrowed or copied similarly to things you've seen or used over time ( isn't that just about everything now, it's all been done in some way already? and we try to improve on it ). Great job!! Just two cons for me : 1 - I wish that all of the joins of the legs had a rubber coating so you could put it on any surface. I'm using some felt with rubber bottom that I got, just as a temporary solution. - see photo 2 - I wish that there was somehow a way to make it adjust on both sides in a way in which you wouldn't have to tweak it around to make sure the angels match. It's a small thing but you would do it with the laptop on it. Be that as it may, well done! I will be using this bad boy for a long time unless the ratchet gearing in the joins wears out too soon.

Surprisingly good user interface. It is designed to be lightweight, but also durable, and I think it finds the right mix of the two. The reticulating legs provide great freedom of movement: you can create a wide range of positions that help to provide a base for you computer. I find it particularly helpful as a bedstand, and also a solution for having the laptop on my lap when sitting in a chair. Because the legs have to be adjusted the same, you have to practice a couple of times to learn how to line them up. It's pretty straightforward -- just keep your laptop off while you do it. I can pack this stand in my pack and pull it out at meetings, cafes, etc. The way we all lean into laptop and phone screens is hard on the body and in 20 years we are probably going to see a lot of back issues. this product provides a simple, cost-effective way to make using your laptop easier for you, and easier on you body.

I have bought 2 of these the past few years for my daughters by other companies and they were junk compared to this. My daughter tried this on the bed, couch and carpeted floor and she was able to adjust it to a nice height. The add on mouse tray is great as she loves to play her Sims game and it's apparently better with the mouse. I really love that the fans plug right into the usb of the laptop for power. My daughter had a bad habit of laying her laptop on a pillow and it would always get hot which worried me. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price. Thanks

I bought this adjustable laptop stand desk after I saw my friend use a similar one. It accommodates my 15.6'' Lenovo laptop pretty well. The more I use this laptop stand, the more I am in love with it. The following features are what I like the most: 1. Flexibility: it can be configured to almost about 5-8 different orientations, making it suitable for several working positions. 2. Sturdy: it is sturdy enough to bear the weight of my 15.6'' Lenovo laptop and my hands. Admittedly, it can't bear heavy external loads, but that's not what it is meant for. 3. Cooling fans: the base of the stand has in-built cooling fans and comes with a USB cable. So, it keeps my laptop from heating. 4. Side stand: it has a small side-stand which comes in very handy at times. I use it frequently to place my mouse, sticky notepad, pen, coffee, etc. I wish it could also support the standing position because I sometimes like to work while standing. However, this stand only supports a maximum height of about 20'' which is not high enough to support the standing position. Also, I wish the joints were metallic instead of plastic although they seem to be sturdy enough. Overall, it has been a very good purchase. I am satisfied.

The assemblement was very easy and straight forward - the tool needed comes included. This stand works very well when using my laptop with it on my bed. Most of the time, the air hot air from my laptop gets trapped inside because my quads lap block the ventilation area. This would cause my laptop to get really hot specially when I edit videos on it. This stand alone helps with not blocking the ventilation area and on top of that, USB fans on the bottom of the tray help dissipate some of the heat. Of course the laptop will still heat up, but at least it's a little cooler. I use it with a Dell Inspiron 13" laptop and it fits perfectly. I have no issues in that area. I guess the only thing I don't use is the mousepad tray. For me, it's a little small for the mouse's movement. And it just doesn't feel natural. The good thing is that you don't even need to have that tray installed. Other than that, this is a good product!
