Stylish and high quality tape measure

I'm very happy with this tape measure. The leather has a nice soft texture, the finish feels high quality, and I think it looks stylish to boot. The stitching is clean and well-done, unlike that seen on many lower-priced import products these days. This tape measure has a ratcheting mechanism, and squeezing in the sides will retract it. I compared it with my general-use tape measure to check the measurement accuracy, and markings line up perfectly. It looks good, is well made, and is perfectly accurate. What more could you ask for in a tape-measure?

So Handy!

Love this little tape measure! Works as described and I don't have to hand-wrap my tape measure anymore, which makes it 100% worth the money. One thing: the tape itself is narrower in diameter and thickness than I expected. Feels slightly flimsy, but if it holds up over time, I'll be happy.

Press both front and back to retrack tape smoothly.

A lot of reviews complain that the button on front of the tape doesn't retract the tape smoothy or at all, however the button on mine seems to be in back. Anyway, the best way to get a smooth and quick flip back of the tape is to press front and back with two fingers at the same time. My tape measure works great, has a smooth and quick return, and I really like the thin tape for the work that i do. This is a handy gadget and I'm getting another one to carry in my purse.

Looks beautiful

Just received it, just for reference the tape is about 1/4" wide, other than that it looks like it well made, and very esthetically pleasing.

Good do far

I liked the bright colors, makes it easy to find in a purse. Mine seems to work well, I've only used it a few times. The other two will be gifts.

Great Buy

This is a great tape measure! The leather is soft and I love the hidden retraction button for the tape. The tape is very soft and doesn’t cut at all. The numbers are easy to read and one side has measurements in inches and the other in centimeters. It’s a great buy for a great price. Shipping was next day delivery and was on time. No complaints here!

nice measurer

nice tape measurer. other reviews for this item state that the retract button is on the wrong side (likely the thinking is you would press the logo side of the casing to retract)... not so sure, but it doesn't matter anyway, the retract button on the one i got is not on the logo side, and it retracts nicely. in addition, the leather casing is a nice touch, and it seems to be well made.

Cute and handy

Finally, I have several of these! I kept loosing the other tape, and eventually my kitten “lost” it for good. These are not only cute, but handy too! Like the rolling option and double side!

Loved it so much I bought a second!

Looks very classy. It is very portable, thin and well made. The tape automatically locks as you pull it out and smoothly retracts by pressing the button in the middle of the circle. I loved the first one so much that I bought a second!

Cute and useful

I love how stylish this is! I always seem to need a fabric table measure when deciding on sizes to order online. Finally decided to get one, but I didn’t want one of the ones that’s just the strip bc it could come untied and become a tangled mess in my junk drawer. This is self-contained and portable.
