Great cutter at this price point, uBridgeport for slotting operation
Used this cutter for a deep slotting operation in aluminum plate. Cutter (3/8" dia) performed very well, cutting full width .25" depth of cut per pass at about (power feed not CNC) .003 per tooth chip load. I used a straight plunge to start the cut and it did equally well but if you have a CNC I would use a ramping strategy. One cutter did 32 parts with over 72" of slotting in each part with no appreciable wear, cutter was still objectively as sharp as new (when I dropped it on the floor in a toolholder and broke it 😖). Used mist coolant system throughout the process and keeping it wet made a big difference in cut quality. Chip evacuation was good and surface finish on finish pass was outstanding. I bought a couple more just to keep on hand for future jobs. Great cutter at this price point.

Aluminum Shredder
I bought two of the 3/8 3FL end mills, and am very impressed. On my little RF45 Clone CNC I was cutting 0.050" WOC 0.50" DOC (full depth on this particular part) at 75IPM in MIC6. It sounded great, and defiantly could have taken more. I will probably start pushing it to 0.075" WOC, even with my crappy spindle with tons of run out. Update: Pushed the DOC to 0.75" and WOC to 0.075" at 0.004IPT in 6061 T6 and it ran great. It was about all my little 2HP spindle could handle, but I think I will push it to 0.0045IPT next time I run that part... for science... All and all, great budget mill for the hobby world.

Clean Cutting
I am machining holes in 18 Gage aluminum. This end mill does a fantastic job! The end mill I used before left a really bad burs I had to remove from the finished part. This end mill cuts very clean with no needed de-burring. I will buy this end mill again. I plane to order a few extra to have on hand. Thanks! Jim C

Great for Router/Gantry CNC
I figured if i am leaving a review I should mention I am not running a HAAS. I used this end mill in my Avid CNC CRP4824, and this tool is the best I have used on aluminum. I'm getting 28% step over at 40 ipm, but my Dept of cut is only .04" I'm still new at this and have a hard time taking deeper cuts. maybe its just me or maybe its the machines ability; but it is not the bit. Overall this end mill has speed up my machine times.

Definitely worth the purchase
This endmill is chewing thru 7075 aluminum! No chatter even at full depth of cut! Awesome finish and still razor sharp after alot of milling. 0 chip welding even straight slotting 3600 rpm and 23 ipm

Looks like a good tool
Shipping was fast and it appears to be well made although I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet. If it works as well as it looks it should be fine.

This is the sharpest end mill I've ever purchased.
The finish of the flutes almost looks polished. The high helix spiral expels chips from the cut path better than any end mill I've used in aluminum pocket cutting.

Impressive for the price
I have enjoyed this endmill. I have been surprised by the finish and the durability. Great for the money!

Amazing. Sharp
Hands down the sharpest, smoothest, most beautiful end mill I have ever used.

don't feed into material too fast
it cuts very nicely on aluminum, leaving a smooth finished surface (I was using it on aluminum)... however, after using it for approx 30 minutes, one of the flutes shattered... why I don't know, might ave been a hard spot, or operator error by getting too greedy on the cut... I ordered more....
