Great results.
I used this on pine and got very little fuzz barely needed any sanding. I was extremely happy with the results. One word of caution, you need ear protection with this bit. I’ve never used any before with regular bits but the noise from this was actually painful. Couldn’t proceed until I found earplugs and muff.

Works great
My first project with this bit was to cut 64 bd ft of solid red oak to fabricate a baseboard for my living room renovation. The router bit worked perfectly. Yes, I had to make several passes due to the hardness of the wood and the amount of material that was removed. I will be ordering more Yonico router bits as needed. And maybe one of these days upgrade to a 1/2" shank router! Even though it is listed as a panel bit, it produces a very nice baseboard as you can see in my picture. When I take the time to make any type of custom molding, I make sure it doesn't look like something you can buy at the local home improvement store. This bit fits the bill! As you can see, the baseboards turned out very nice. I mixed a custom stain color and finished with two coats of semi-gloss polyurethane.

Mine cut smoothly without vibration.
I know that several reviews stated that this large cutter vibrated badly. I did not experience this. I ran it with a 3.5 hp router in a cast iron router table at full speed and it did not vibrate. It did sound like a jet engine though so use hearing protection. It cut cleanly however with such a large cutter when making several passes to remove more material, it is hard to maintain a steady 90 degree angle on your stock and you get a wiggle in the cut every time it moves even a little. Maybe doing everything in one cut is the better way to go but I was afraid I get some chip out if i did. Overall, it did want I wanted it to do and was a good value.

Worked like a champ and great value.
I decided to try this brand since my local supplier didn’t have the exact profile and cut depth I needed for a cove raised panel door. At less than half the price I’d have paid for a Freud or Whiteside I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I have the Porter-Cable 3hp motor in a Jessem router lift and table so the setup was easy. Using the lowest speed of 10,000 is advised for this large diameter bit and got no burning in red oak. Normally I’d prefer a Freud bit with Quadra-cut for cleanest cross grain cuts, but for my small project of one door this product did not disappoint.

Good bit.
This is compariable to a Freud, or whiteside router bit. Probably a Grizzly. I think it's American made out of Jersey. The carbide is good. I milled 5 panels of birch on my shaper with a power feed. It showed no chatter or tear out. It's worth the money. I will buy more.

I have purchased and used several of the Yonico bits and every one has been great - excellent quality
I wanted to write a brief review of both the Yonico bit and the Precision Bits company. I have purchased and used several of the Yonico bits and every one has been great - excellent quality, sharp, stable and balanced. Granted that I am not a commercial/professional wood worker (and granted that it is possible spend a lot more for router bits) but for the price (and for the average guy) it would be hard to beat these bits (price per quality). As far as the company (Precision Bits) - can't say enough good things. They are great to work with, they are very knowledgeable and they appear to be strongly committed to customer service - my interactions with them have been a pleasure (questions about their products, recommendations, etc.). While I haven't had any problems with products, I am absolutely convinced that if there was a problem they would respond in a similar manner. They stand behind their products, they're responsive, are willing to help and would work to resolve issues should they arise. Five stars for Yonico bits and five stars for Precision Bits.

Great Router Bit
Just completed several raised panel cabinet doors and this cutter worked extremely well. Nice smooth cuts even across the grain. Only required a light finish sanding. Good product. Now will order the 2 1/2 in diameter bit so I have a set.

Exactly what we needed
Great but but works best on a table mounted router. I used it to recreate the original door trim on a home built in North Louisiana 1938. Within 1/16 of being an exact match.. The client was very pleased.

Cuts great.
Wanted a raised panel with little frill. I am not doing mass production so this is right price point for the quality I need.

Good choice for a hobbiest.
Very high quality bit for an amateur like myself. I don't know what the longevity would be like for continued use but for someone who only uses this type of bit occasionally, this is a good choice.
