I've been paleo for nearly 3 months now, and plan to make it a permanent lifestyle change. My go-to crackers were Mary's Gone Crackers, which, are pretty good once you get used to the taste. These Simple Mills, though, my god. I seriously could not control myself eating these things. I ate a box at soon as they came in, lickedy split. I then ate another box in the evening. Now I'm eating the 3rd box for breakfast. No regrets. When people say these things are addicting, it's not a mother flippin' joke. Simple Mills, them crackers are on POINT, son! I already purchased another 3 boxes, knowing that it won't be enough to last me through the week.

I think I ate half of the box when I opened it for the first time. Hugely addictive and satisfying, these are by far the best grain-free crackers I have found. I've been eating paleo for years, and now and then you just want something simple and crunchy. I find these to be a cross between a saltine and a wheat thin in taste and texture. Really excellent.

I recently had to change my food intake to no dairy, no grain, no sugar, only certain kind of oils, and no alcohol.... my FIRST thought was OH NO... what could I munch on.... But it was worth it... the first few months I saw steady progress from the years of chemo's effect on my immune system [all worth it- I am pleased to say] and then stumbled on these crackers... I craved salt [that was allowed by the way] and these were great... they have the right oils, no gluten, an acceptable flour... and SO DELICIOUS.. I now munch on them with our homemade soup... and after one of my hamburger/salsa roll up with coconut wraps or butter lettuce.... they are excellent... try them and enjoy.

In the 5 years I've been gluten free, I've tried and rejected a bunch of GF crackers. I had pretty much given up when I found these. OMG. They are the best crackers I've ever had- not just the best GF, but just the best. They are SO crispy and crunchy, and they have a delicious, light taste. Addictive! Love them love them love them.

OK one of the few indulgences I allow myself on Paleo is a bit of chese here and there. No crackers for me, no matter how much I miss them. I have not found a cracker like the crispy italian flour crisps I uesed to eat by the box. UNTIL I tried Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers. I adore them. So delicious and they have real crispiness to them. Real Crunch! They changed my ability to feel comfortable on Paleo for my next (second year). Thank you Simple Mills!

I saw my low carb friends raving about how great these crackers taste on Instagram, and decided I better give them a try myself. Honestly I am always skeptical about trying new health food snacks since some are so terrible. These are actually delicious, and I love that I know what all of the ingredients are. I am so happy I found these delicious crackers, and I genuinely like them just as much as the name brand junk food ones.

My entire family likes them (and I have 13 yr old triplets). That in itself is amazing. I have tried SO MANY non-wheat crackers/crunchy snacks. This is the first one that I'd eat even if I could have wheat. It doesn't taste like you are eating cardboard. WARNING: ****They are addictive****. I have no problem eating a box in one sitting. I have to buy 2 sets of these because my kids take them downstairs in basement to never be seen again! My mom loves them too so I buy 2 sets and give her 2 individual boxes (she has to be eat wheat free etc.. diet as well). These do NOT taste like almond flower. They do have a seasoning taste to it but it is just enough and not over powering. When I am craving 'junk' food, this is my 'goto' salty snack.

FIrst time I've had crackers in almost a month. I think I groaned or at least moaned when I crunched into my first one. Thank you, God, for crackers I can eat on my slow-carb experiment. The only thing was that there were approx 1/2 cup of broken pieces at the bottom of the bag. Shipping box padding appeared to be more than adequate to protect these babies. Maybe being loose inside the bag is a bit too much for these delicate wonders. Of course I'm eating every last crumb! I poured them over cottage cheese like toppings on ice cream (mmm, ice cream).

So these are delicious crackers!!! If I was just doing low carb diet, these would be perfect. Unfortunately, though, I am doing keto and these do not fit in the keto diet as they contain tapioca starch and cassava flour! I will eat what I ordered, because I am not wasteful, but unfortunately won't be able to order again.

I've been a Simple Mills fan for about a year. I was diagnosed with celiac disease nearly 8 years ago and have been Paleo for about 4 years. I don't typically buy SAD-ified Paleo substitute foods, but I make an exception with their pizza crust for my twice monthly pizzas (the crust is crispy, I still can't believe it!). I also occasionally purchase their muffin and bread mixes. Since I've tried all their products before, I just had to try their new crackers...in the name of research, of course. Yeah...research. As soon as the box arrived from Amazon with the crackers, I tore into them. Because research is time sensitive, you know. It was love at first taste. These crackers are crunchy and flavorful like I couldn't believe. These crackers are fantastic on their own, but they would also make a good vehicle for dip or an addition to soups. I got a three pack on Saturday. It's Tuesday and I already ate two boxes, and that was with a great deal of self restraint. I'm going to try to save the third box for chicken parm (minus the parm since I'm Paleo); I'll bet some of these crackers ground up in the food processor would make a fantastic breading for the chicken. But chicken parm isn't on my meal plan this week, so I'm not sure if the last box is going to last that long. I might eat those and then order more. I have a feeling I just found a new addiction and will have to make an exception to the Paleo-substitute-foods-are-rare-in-my-household rule. Well done, Simple Mills!
