These are to use with my other two strips. I do a lot of custom order cakes and this has helped me keep consistent side coloring for the naked cakes.

I love these cake baking strips. I had by chance come by a video showing a chef using cake strips. I enjoy baking and always had my cakes edges come out darker and dryer than the rest of the cake. Also the center of the cake would rise higher than the rest of the cake making it more difficult to set evenly when icing. I just received these strips yesterday and used them today. The work great. I’m glad I made the purchase.

I am not a professional baker. I saw these strips on a youtube channel and thought that I would give them a try on a whim. They worked so well that I will definitely tell my friends about them! My cakes were perfectly done with zero doming and minimal crust. Great buy!

I purchased these cake strips after watching a YouTube video. I first heard of cake strips when I read The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Berenbaum. She recommended and sold them. I didn't buy them because they were too expensive. This four piece set by Wilton is perfect. Very easy to use and very effective. I loved the way the cakes looked after I depanned the cakes. I made a white coconut layer cake. I didn't have to trim the cake because of carmelization. Just perfect.

These are great. Just soak them in water, ring the excess, and wrap around the pan before baking. They are adjustable so they will fit almost every pan. My cakes came out moist, evenly baked, and flat! I no longer need to cut the dome of the tops with these strips.

I wouldn’t say this product would be a good gift or adds any flavors. You wet them and slide them onnyour cake pan so the top of your cake doesn’t dome. They work very well, but look kind of cheaply made. After first use, they came out of the oven brown. I would but these again over the Wilson one, however, since they do their job

Worked great. I baked at least 20 cakes so far. It does scorched in the oven, but still works okay.

I bake a lot, but could never get my cakes without a domed top, and since I am not good at leveling the tops the results were not always pretty. These are not expensive, simple to use and they work! Both cake tops were nice and level and the sides were not over done and pulled away from the pan nicely. I also felt that the cake itself was more moist. Definitely a good purchase for the money.

WOW! These really do make a huge difference on your cakes. They work great when you want your layered cakes to come out even and without burning or browning on the sides. I know you can do the same with wetting paper towels and aluminum, but I'm not trying to be wasteful. These are worth the money
