If you want accurate readings, make sure you not only set it correctly, but you follow instructions for accurate measurements. On several occasions, I've compared this product's reading immediately with an EMT's reading of a manual sphygmomanometer and it's accurate. Additionally, make sure when you set it up that you choose the pressure unit that you want - blood pressure is usually measured using mmHg, but there's an option for kPa. Also, make sure it's snug on your wrist about 0.5 to 1 inch up your arm from your wrist - since my wrist is small, I wrap it around the smallest part then slide it up my forearm a bit so that it's nice and snug. Make sure the monitor is on the inside of your wrist, that you've been resting for about 5 minutes, and that you bend your elbow so that your wrist is at the same elevation as your heart (lay your forearm across your chest if you want). These instructions come with the product. I bought this because every time I go to the doctor or dentist and they check my bp, it's high - either borderline or really high (it's been as high as 160/90) - and I get sent home with a warning about high blood pressure and that I need to exercise, eat healthy and lower stress; maybe consider bp meds etc. The thing is, I do all of these things (except meds), and if I get my EMT friend to check my bp, it's fine - there's nothing to indicate that I'm unhealthy except for these bp readings at the doc office. I've told them that I get anxiety around medical professionals (ie, the proverbial white coat syndrome), but they just kind of roll their eyes like I'm stupid. As it turns out, checking my bp daily with this product, I actually have ideal bp most of the time (typical reading is 100/60) - the only time it's high is when I'm at the doctor/dentist or otherwise under extreme stress. Very small price to pay for peace of mind.

Very accurate

I'm a doctor and sometimes I just not at home to take my mom's blood pressure so I bought her this product which is really easy to use and if she sees any abnormalities in her BP I just come around and confirm it with my BP cuff! So far is has been pretty accurate so it is to trust. Good product

So easy to use!

This device came well packaged and is so very easy to use. It also stores the readings which is useful when going to the doctor and recalling this data for medical records. Great item at a great price!

Compact and efficient

My family have a high blood pressure history and my doctor has been advising me to keep a blood pressure monitor at home for whenever i have my mom and dad visiting for the family as well. My dentist uses a similar model so i looked for the one that operates in the wrist vs the upper arm. I like that it’s compact so i can take it anywhere without the bulk. I can set my readings to memory and i track that with 2 persons in the memory. It came with a case that gives it protection. Overall i’m happy with this product.

Great Blood Pressure monitor.

I bought this to check my blood pressure and heart rate twice a day (in the morning before I get up and before I go to bed). The BP is Pretty accurate, +/- 5 Mmhg from by doctors office machine. The heart rate is spot on. The memory function was a nice feature to take to my doctors office and keep an accurate log. So far I give it 5 stars, great value for the money. I will update if I have any issues or becomes inaccurate.

easy to use

I bought this wrist blood pressure for my mother. She was so happy as it is very easy to use (just pressing one button). There are more options of course but she is a single user so she is glad that it is not complicated in use and does not require to roll a sleeve and can be carried in a handbag. Perfect size for travelling and good size when you are using it at home.

I was looking for a quite simple and functional product, and i was happily surprized with a really good product, amazing features, can't feel better now. Another thing that i liked was the fast shipping. Recomended.

Easy to use wrist monitor

I love this wristband. My blood Pressure fluctuates and my doctor wants me to monitor it various times of the day,so it is so convenient to use. Simply wrap round you wrist, press button and raise your arm. It sits on my table, so I remember to use it often. I was at my dentists office the other day, and they used one of the wrist monitors on me there. So compact, can put in my purse and carry it with me. I highly recommend this to keep track of your blood pressure and pulse!

Works great.

This blood pressure item works very well. I have a problem with mu blood pressure and this helps me keep it in check. By taking my BP at different times of the day (when at rest or when busy), I know if I need to relax or exercise. I am truly glad I purchased this item. William Terrio

Great little BP monitor!

I ordered a BESUNTEK BP monitor but the thing was dead on arrival. Decided not to go through the hassle of returning it, so I trashed it. Round 2 was with this little HYLOGY wrist BP monitor. This little unit is fantastic. I get accurate readings as compared to my doctor visit I had today. It is easy to use and compact. Straps onto the wrist and looks like something out of "Star Trek!" Even came with its own case. Only takes 2 AAA batteries (just make sure you pay close attention to the "+" and "-" signs and insert them accordingly. The battery polarity POINTING OUT should match the symbol.) Instructions are detailed and very good. I just love it! Note: This unit was $10.99 (USD) last week. When I ordered a few days ago, it was $15.99. Now it's $17.99! Don't know why this thing is going up in price. Maybe the word is out that it is a good product.
