Oh my dog! I think I have been converted to cottage cheese. All this time I though I hated the stuff, but it is because most brands are crap. This is tech even though it is low fat, and actually has flavor. I usually have to doctor cottage cheese up with other stuff in order to find it tolerable. Not this. I don’t need to add anything.
Creamy, light, not too chunky/thick/chewy, and less salty. If you prefer more salt or pepper, you can always add (I do love if I'm in the mood). For the record, I'm personally not a fan of Breakstone types, so if that's your thing, this may not be for you. In comparison, I really like the Daisy brand, so this may seem comparable as a substitute, but will feel a tad lighter.
