Just what I need for a DIY battery spot welder

I am building a diy battery spot welder and need some thick copper wire for the welding probes. This copper nails will work perfect for that. They are big enough to conduct the power I need. These twelve nails should last me a lifetime of spot welding.

Very nice for an interesting look where I want to hang something on a nail, and have it look kind of special. It’s an urban myth that copper nails will expedite rotting a tree stump. This is a handy item to have in my workshop for occasional special applications.

Yes , had to drill starter holes almost as long as the nails. Because they bend very easy. Used all 12 in the same tree,now I wait till I can see them working.
