Yep, these are good ramekins

I have put these through the test. I use them in my Mealthy Pot for desserts. I have taken them out of the fridge and caramelized sugar and they did not crack (though I did not flame the ramekins directly). I have also sprayed them with cool water a couple minutes from removing them from my Mealthy pot and they did not crack. These to me are the perfect size. The 4 oz. are just to small for my liking.

The ramekins look just like the photos on Amazon. And my souffles were as perfect as the ones pictured. Great presentation. They are lovely ....smooth, balanced , stackable, seemingly flawless. I have used them in the oven for souffles, bread puddings, and savory and sweet recipes, but not yet used them in the freezer or microwave. Any dripping from fruit, which is part of the beauty, was very easily cleaned. I wasn't sure what size to order but these have turned out to be perfect. I have been trying different recipes and look forward to many more uses. I couldn't get my photo to work but had wanted you to see the SUPERIOR packaging from the company. They arrived in mint condition! They are packed in a sturdy rectangular box fitted with foam with a cut out for each ramekin. They were very firmly nestled with ample space between each one. A layer of styrofoam cut to size of box was on top of the ramekins. The box was securely taped. This was the best packing of anything I have ever received! I hope you enjoy your ramekins as much as I am enjoying mine.

Great set to start your sugary journey

Love these, i never had a set of ramekins, was a bit scared but when i ordered them, they arrived in a neat carton box snugged safely in a foam tray. I use the carton with the foam for storage. Made creme brulee, cheesecake, flan, these are wonderful. Do note, the bottom are not glazed over, they feel rough, but it's really minor. These is a great set to begin your culinary journey, price is insanely good for these.

Good for the price!

Remember... You get what you paid for... First of all the bottom is flat. Secondly they are unglazed at the bottom but not the surface food touches. Thirdly even though they are stackable be careful. Some of them doesn’t fit perfectly. But if you put it to another place the stack stands up good.

Stack nicely for storage!

I used these ramekins for sweet potato stacks, there just the right size. There also good for snack bowls. I'm going to be making creme brûlée. There very easy to clean, I wash them by hand. They stack nicely for storage.
