LOVE THESE!!

I am using two of these: one on the front porch of the home I own and one on the front porch where I am temporarily renting for caregiving reasons. In both places, having to screw in a mount to get a decent angle is a problem for me. So I had been muddling along with less than great angles. But these are a game changer ... I agree with another reviewer who said Blink should be including them! The clips that attach to the back of the camera are a bit of a challenge to get in, but I finally worked it out that getting in just one side of the clip and then pushing down onto that side and then in (sorta the reverse of getting the back of the camera off) worked. Not sure if you can tell in the photo, but here, I actually didn't use their clip at all on this one. The twist mount's screw fit perfectly into the owl mount I had previously bought (amazon.com/Bracket-Protective-Adjustable-Weather-Proof-Security/dp/B07DH6FDR1 ... was going to use this to hide the camera on a plant shelf I had). You may have to go up and down a step ladder once or twice to get the right angle, but I don't think it took me more than 5 or 10 minutes for the whole setup. Highly recommend these if you don't want or can't use the screw mounts!

When you don't want holes

I don't want to drill holes in trees. I don't want to drill a hole in the fancy composite pergola. Double-sided tape wasn't working. Glad these came out because now I'm able to wrap 2 cameras around tree branches and not cause damage. Yes, you have to fidget a bit to get them where you want, but so far, so good.

Incredible Value; Superb Flexibility

The Twist Mounts attached very nicely to the back of the cameras. I was expecting a struggle having read some of the reviews, but these fit perfectly. The fit is snug - any less would be a concern for the camera staying attached and for secure placement. I had one camera placed on top of my front porch light, one on top of the rear porch light, and one hanging from a hanging plant hook. The Twist mount just wrapped around that tiny hook and then the extra wrapped circularly around and the camera was then attached after the Twist Mount was in place - and you can't even see the Twist Mount! I am so happy with my camera locations and how securely my cameras are affixed with these mounts. I had no problem having the angle of the cameras moved after placement to get just the angle I wanted. Before we hung the cameras outside, my son was playing around and used one to twist around the refrigerator handle and have a camera pointed towards the dining room. That gave me ideas for interior cameras.... Thanks so much for this great product!

Very easy solution for mounting Blinks

I purchased a package of 3 mounts. I placed one wrapped on steel post to monitor a kennel area. Another one is wrapped around a table to monitor my cat while on vacation, and a third one wrapped around a deck post to monitor the water level in my above ground pool. All were areas I couldn't attach with "regular" mounts. All serve their purpose very well!

When flexibility is key (see what I did there)

Love these mounts for every good reason, but mainly not having to drill and also the infinite adjustment they offer. I've been using these since they were first introduced and have waited a good while to write this review so I could determine if they actually work out in the wild. I could not be more pleased in how well these have suited my applications. They are durable, maintain their field of view if set up properly, and do not present any challenges when it's time to change camera batteries. These will continue to be my go to mounts for most of my Blink XT applications.

No problem attaching the plastic connector

I don’t have any problem attaching the plastic adapter to the back of my Blink XT2 like some users claimed. I just needed to push it really hard to get it in place and it is very sturdy after it is attached. Screwing the rubber gooseneck to the adapter is easy and simple also. I am surprised the metal screw was nicely polished, so it went in smoothly. The rubber quality is pretty good and it feels durable. It will bend to any shape as I want and it stays in that shape. I needed only one mount for my front door, but not a bad idea to have a few in case it breaks due to the elements or if I need more for future cameras around the house. I twisted the gooseneck on top of my motion sensor light in stead of drilling holes to the wall. I also use some thick black zip ties to secure the gooseneck and the Blink camera. Removing the camera will require a ladder and a strong cutter. Besides, I hope potential thieves know that stolen Blink cameras are worthless because they can not be used under another Blink account if they are already registered to an existing one. Will update how durable it actually is after a few months of use.

Great seller-product might take a while to figure out how to attach don’t give up snaps right on!

I’m pleased with the seller! I’m giving 5 stars to the seller and for the product is handy. The way that you are supposed to attach the clip on can be a little tricky and it took me a little while to figure out how to attach it to the camera. I started to think I ordered the wrong attachment and they didn’t fit the blink outdoor cameras but with a little patience they do fit. Plus after I clipped one on, I could do the rest easily. They are nice to wrap around different items in different spaces in my yard. I can move them easily without any major mounting projects. I reached out to the seller who communicated quickly and gave me 100 percent great customer service and solved a very tiny issue within a day. I would recommend...it just takes a while to figure out how to attach them! Or at least it took me a minute to figure it out but I’m still pleased.

Clever product

I didn't like the idea of having to drill holes on the brick side of my house to hold my Blink camera. This item worked great! Screwed the camera on - then wrapped the holder around my down spout. Hasn't moved with any wind or rain. I like that it's easily removable and adjustable. Makes it easier to change the batteries on the camera too. Would recommend.

Durable twist mount is the perfect complement to Blink XT

Highly recommend this product as a complentary add-on to your Blink XT camera!! You can easily shape the twist mount to make your camera face where it needs to while hanging it on a desired object. I was able to attach the camera to trees and make it blend into the bushes.

So i have now 9 cams .. So Ive had time yo experiment with mounts.. 👍easy to install! ( i have no idea why people had trouble.. I simply placed on folded towel to protect rounded parts On cam and clicked into place.. Yes it takes a little oomph but it needs to stay snug, once in it swivels around For help with placement.. Then i screwed in bender.. ..) 👍 for my outside i prefer extra protection from the elements so i was delighted to realize This fits both my 5 screw and house style with quick pull out tray !👍👍 ( i find for max Use of X2 with 2 way audio i like the house style as it was easy to drill holes which i prob Could do with other a little less easily but these pop in and out the easiest for quick battery Change ( monthly for ones that catch most like cars .. Yes monthly.. Some ev 3 mo.. We buy These cuz we wanna see whats goin on so if you want that then you need to set to 5-7 and enhanced and let em roll.. Dont cheap out and try to save battery$.. Also furthest from house Are going to take the most juice trying to reach wifi) 👍 rubbery so wont harm bark.. Yes you still hafta be careful not to scrape bark ( its the Living part of tree or shrub and you dont want to wound and leave open for disease 👍 sturdy but flexible 👍 good price for 3 🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈 Cmon people The batteries are a tad over a buck a piece..
