sharp like a shark

I love coocking and making different meals with different type of veggetables. I always wanted to have a very good knife for not to spend much time in cutting. I was looking for a knife on amazon , but did not want to buy 100$ dollar or thing with such price, so I chose this on and bought it. I can say for sure it is the exact product you need in kitchen, it’s very sharp and you just need to touch it to the product and it cut in seconds. The knife is a really high quality and for those who don’t like coocking, the process ‘ll become just comport. I highly recomend it to all houswifes, people who kust love coocking, chefs and to everyone who prefer qualify knifes

Great Bargain!

I thought this knife would come in and be a light piece of junk. But it’s a sturdy heavy knife. We sharpen the old fashioned way and it’s held up well. I can’t tell if it holds up to the dishwasher because that’s so hard on a good knife. We rinse it with very hot hot water dry it thoroughly. So far it cuts fabulously. Slices tomatoes and pork loin just the same! We have an $80 knife that we don’t reach for now. We reach for this one.

Perfect for my mexican tacos bussines

This cleaver is amazing, is the perfect size and weight for my use, I use it for my bussines of mexican tacos, so I chop a lot of raw and grilled meat, its sturdy, and keeps a sharp edge for long periods.

Dangerously sharp

Love this knife. Slices tomatoes paper thin. Chops macadamia nuts with ease. Have been following instructions and hand washing and drying. Store in box. I have never had a knife this sharp. Hope the edge last as I have never sharpened a blade this sharp. Did I mention it is sharp?

Took forever to finally get a cleaver

I love this knife! Took forever to finally get a cleaver. For me, this is it. I have always been a bit afraid when it came to cutting up large cuts of meat, or larger items like chicken breast. But, thanks to this cleaver knife, Strong enough to easily split a chicken breast without pause, light enough for veggies, etc.not anymore. Whether the job is big or small, this is the knife to use. With its thin razor sharp blade and precision balanced handle, it makes all your cutting, chopping, dicing and mincing chores a breeze. The wide blade helps keep knuckles and fingertips safe and makes for a handy scoop, to move items from chopping block to the stove. This clever is a must have for master chefs, home cooks, and collectors, alike.

Great addition to any kitchen knife collection

Unlike my other chopping knives this has a completely straight cutting edge which I find to be more efficient. This is a little on the heavy side but that can be very helpful when cutting long ways through a butter nut squash or solid rutabaga. I keep a sharp edge on all my knives, this one does not require as much sharpening as my others.

Impressed with quality to value

I'd been searching for a Chinese-style cleaver that was more all-purpose chef's knife than strictly a slicer/vegetable knife. This one really fits the bill. I'd ordered a different brand at first and returned it because the rivets on the handle protruded as did the top of the tang making the knife simply uncomfortable. No such issues here. The cleaver is full tang with nice smooth riveting on the (what I assume is phenolic) handle. But the quality of the cleaver itself is amazing given the price point. It is also a bit more substantial than the thinner models, but is nowhere near a meat cleaver's heft. It is well-balanced, feels good in the hand, has an amazing edge right out of the box, and slices cleanly. Will be my go-to for preps well as slicing meat before and after grilling.

Excellent product!, Weight is perfect for chopping through tough bone if needed or thin slicing through onion. This knife will replace all other knives once you try it. the quality of the handle is well made and I've had it for quite some time. I will definitely buy another product from this seller. Love this cleaver, on that price is a steal!
