Works well for me, 2 with a fatty meal helps

I have been buying CLA pills for about 2 years. I believe they work well when I eat a meal that I know has a % of calories from fat that is higher than the macro ratio that works best for my metabolism.

This is a great supplement. I've taken many brands of CLA before and this ranks up there with the best of them. The pills are easy to swallow and the bottle design is nice because you don't have to unscrew the cap off, just flip a tab on top and close it when done.
