It's cheap, so what did you expect?

I'll admit, the product definitely looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person. However, I needed a simple table to use for my bedside, so I could have a few things nearby while I slept (e.g. phone, water bottle, etc.). And honestly it gets the job done, and doesn't look bad at all. For this price, I shouldn't have expected anything super high quality. The table is made of cheap wood, and the legs are hollow plastic. I got the table for less than $20, and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

Great value table

I agree with the users who cannot understand the complaints about this table. If you are just looking for a fairly sturdy, inexpensive side table, this table fits the bill. It is not flimsy and really doesn't look cheap like some others do. The table is actually rather cute considering the price paid for it. Again, I do not understand when people pay a very low price and complain about the product. Perhaps they need to check at some of the high end furniture stores if they desire high end products. Not sure if they will like the bill, though.

Nice for small areas

I like the size of this table, it's not too big and not too small. A nice side table to use for a lamp or any other designed objects. Yes, I would recommend this side table if you are not looking to spend so much money. It's great for the guest room and living room.

Sturdy, inexpensive, pretty & very easy to essemble. You REALLY DONT NEED THE MALLARD ... If it only last a few months or less I'd remain satisfied with this purchase. I'm sure that no one would guess how inexpensive this piece is. I am super excited to have this small table for a lamp & plant it look's great clutter free or situated to hold a little more. I usually choose pieces products or whatever at Amazon that I normally feel turns out pretty cool. I'm disabled & unfortunately surrounded by hills. I feel some freedom being able to do what I do best ... Shop.

Inexpensive and does the trick!

We didn't want to spend a ton getting the guest room in our home set up - which is easy to do with furniture - so when we saw 2 of these for under $50 we decided to give them a go. Assembly was very simple and took maybe 10 minutes for both. They are light weight yet sturdy enough for the job they have to do. Overall, for a guest room that people stay in maybe 5 times a year, these end tables work perfectly.

Nice and easy

For less than a gourmet cheeseburger and a craft draft beer, this is an excellent product. Yes, its plastic legged and press board topped but if you aren't expecting it to grace the end of an expensive leather couch, it really does look OK. It went together in, literally, less than than 5 minutes and sits level on a level surface. The instructions are clear but unnecessary. I took a tip from another reviewer and use it to get one of my bookshelf speakers up off the bass module and above the height of the wine fridge and couch back. Perfect. Each speaker weighs 15lbs and the table has no issue with that. It is a static application; we aren't putting things down on the table and then picking them up and the table is out of the way but it seems stable enough for my purpose. And from six feet away it looks like a nice wood topped little table worth a lot more than beer & burger money.

I bought two of these for about $11 each in the french oak to match my dresser and bed frame which were french oak and black laminates (respectively). Had to get my husband to order one separately because we the company wont let me buy two, which was quite annoying. I've only had the side tables for a week but I might say so far that they are an excellent value purchase and they do not look cheap at all even though they aren't on the smaller side. This was perfect for us because we had very little space for a regular side table. Hence, in my pic you can see how much bigger my table lamp is. This isn't an issue for me. I like sleek and simple designs and this certainly fits the bill. Also, it took me less than two minutes to put the table together. And I've spent almost an hour putting together another side table from IKEA which cost about $30 more.

What you might need!

Before purchasing furniture, ALWAYS be clear on the dimensions on the product. Many people complain that it may be too small or too big, etc. when you should know what you’re buying before you buy it! You could even try AR view too (that’s what I did). This is very small, and since my bed has no bed frame or anything (just mattress base and mattress), I figure I need a really small nightstand. This is perfect if your bed is also on the floor ;) Easy to assemble, and practical for intended use.

Awesome budget end table!

I was impressed with the quality of this table for the price. It was extremely easy to assemble upon arrival (no tools required.) I am by NO means handy, and even I was able to put this bad boy together in about 2 minutes. It certainly isn't anything fancy, but if you're looking for a sturdy, decent looking end table on a budget, look no further! I use it in my office as a stand for my printer, and it works great. For size reference: my standard size Epson home printer fits perfectly on this table, but does take up the whole surface area.
