There’s something inherently fun about gathering around a fire, even a very little one. Being able to cook tiny things like s’mores or even mini skewers of whatever (sliced thinly for even cooking) is a neat way to break the ice and spend time while chatting. Uses standard burners you would put under chafing dishes, and if you’re in an area where electricity goes out, this is a solid way to warm up cans of food, too. In other words, it’s versatile: it looks beautiful and is fun for intimate gatherings, and it also works in emergencies where there’s no other way to heat food. Fun and beautiful!

Great!!! The kids love this

My one question for this item was: Can I use it right out of the box? The question is NO. The directions state: "Prepackaged 2.6oz canned chafing fuel sold separately." Luckily, it's not so difficult to find because it's also called a sterno, which is used frequently for buffet chafing dishes. I picked one up at my local grocery store for a few dollars. The picture shows everything that comes in the box. This is definitely not a child's toy, as it is heavy duty ceramic and of course there's fire involved. It's a good idea to use one of those long candle lighters to light the flame or in a pinch, you can use a raw stick of spaghetti, just light the end and poof, instant candle lighter. The flame is NOT supposed to extend beyond the top of the ceramic grill, and you can adjust the height by twisting the burner handle. The instructions want you to also have a bowl of water handy in case the marshmallow catches on fire, you can quickly submerge it in water. Apparently the writers of these instructions have never been to Girl Scout Camp. The result is a delicious s'more that can be enjoyed indoors. Pair it with some pink moscato and some great music, and you've got an amazing Girls Night In party.

It still makes the messy gooey icky but YUMMY treat indoors! I remember my parents having an old Hoffritz smores maker and totally ecstatic that there is an updated version out there. That old thing looked like it was from the 80s.. oh wait it was! - Popped in the sterno - Lit this bad boy up - Broke out the marshmallows graham crackers chocolate and chocolate syrup (I'm impatient) Voila! My kids made a mess of themselves and everywhere else. Glad to have shared something similar to what I had as a kid. Clean up was easy and straigh forwad ... much easier than the cleanup of the kids :(.

We love s'mores, or just toasted marshmallows really. but we don't have anywhere for a fire. Enter the s'more maker. The larger size is great although it's really one marshmallow at a time. The sticks are a little short but not burn your fingers short. Put the sterno in and start the party. I like it can be used inside, so we can have toasted marshmallows even on rainy days. It can catch the marshmallow on fire, I know because that's how I like them, but it does get hot.

This is perfect for indoor/outdoor parties. The kids love that they can make their own s'mores with minimal assistance. It looks great (fancy), we have used it so much we definately got our "money's worth". This would make a great house warming gift.

This little s'mores maker is awesome! Love the white ceramic look and that everything fits neatly on the tray surrounding the burner. Super easy to use and clean and our kids can finally make s'mores on a whim. We have only used this item outside on our deck but with supervision it would be fine inside. Takes a 2.6 oz. Sterno can (not included) that you can order separately on Amazon.

This is a really fun way to bring the campfire indoors. It's well made and looks sharp. It's designed to take the small chafing dish fuel (2.6oz) but we were able to use the normal size without issue. You pretty much need to do the marshmallows one at a time and you can definitely light them on fire so take care with younger kids.

Easy to setup and easy to use, sterno, light and SMORES!! Organizes everything together and makes for some fun times.
