After discharging down to the cutoff voltage and recharging a couple times I'm getting ~8-8.5 Ah capacity, which is pretty good for a 10Ah pack (actual capacity is not the same as theoretical). [CORRECTION: this power bank does supply 3 amps, but for some reason my phone needs to have a lower battery level before it asks for 3A from this device vs the wall charger. Original text unmodified for historical purposes] My phone starts charging at ~0.5A then negotiates up to ~1.5A. Not sure if it's using USB BC (which caps at 1.5A) or if it's just not recognizing the 3A capability of the device. The product description mentions it's compatible with USB BC, but goes on to mention currents in excess of 1.5A. I didn't knock off a star because it's ambiguous whether they meant it can output higher current or is merely compatible with devices which accept higher current. If you need a 3A charger, though, this wouldn't appear to be the one. If you're intending to use this as a portable 5v supply for personal projects, be aware that (like most powerbanks) this has a low current shutoff. I don't know the threshold, but it didn't auto-shutoff with a ~90mA load. Overall a very good powerbank

this buttery pack is by far my favorite out of the many battery packs I have... 10000 mah provides enough power for my various elctronics.... the batter pack came wit. nice charging wire that is equipped for micro-usb and also an adapter for USB-type c..... many other companies only provide a micro-usb cable......one of the best features of this batter pack is its size.... it is very slim and decently sized.... has a s9+ and its slightly smaller than my phone but has the same thickness. that is such a great attribute .... the surface has a nice texture for gripping... It won't slip out of your hand that easily... it has a minimal led status bar that indicates the battery life.. .... even though it only has two USB ports.... it is wonderfull... it also has microusb and type c for charging the battery

Packs a serious punch!

I purchased this as a failsafe for my daily bag in the event my phone really needed a boost. I quickly found that this thing can really charge a phone (or two) at once with no issues. Even in a pinch, I helped a woman with a 15" MacBook pro who had her battery dying before a meeting. Charged vis USB-C and she was HAPPY! YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE!

Perfect for adding life and balancing the Oculus Quest

I had purchased this pack for the sole use with the Oculus Quest. First it adds an external source of power for charging. Second and most obviously it allows for away from home charging. Lastly, and most importantly to me, it balances the unit on my head. The Quest is obviously front heavy,ergo, attaching the battery pack is a no brainer. Balanced and about 8 hours of nonstop playtime.

Fantastic battery life. There are not a lot of USB-C battery packs out there that can really hold a charge. Many companies rushed this feature to market, but not these guys. Seems that 10000 mAh is the sweet spot, but there are few that actually last. I mainly try battery packs. I have purchased hundreds. This is definitely in my top 10%. Great price for its offerings. This is my second purchase from this company. I will be back.

Nice power pack with USB C charging

This is a really nice unit. It's constructed well with quality materials. I got it because it has a USB C input/output, so I don't need a micro USB cable at all now. It charges my phone quicker than expected, but obviously it's not as fast as a rapid charge wall adapter. Great item to have while away from home.

Portable and powerful

I bought it for a trip to Disneyland and it performed admirably. I was able to charge my phone, as well as my wife's (both Galaxy S8s), several times throughout the day. Even using the GPS (for MaxPass) all day, we never ran dry. You will need your own charging cable and wall adapter as it does not come with a wall adapter and the cable is very short (not even long enough to charge next to the wall outlet). You can use the cable to charge your phone back to back with the bank in your carry bag. The size is the same as a standard smartphone, so it sits in your shoulderbag nicely, without taking up too much space. I like the textured surface so I can tell it apart from my phone while reaching blindly my bag or in the dark. Your initial charge will take half a day, so buy with some lead time if you need it right away. Re-charge it before it drops past halfway; good for the health of your battery and can get fully charged while you sleep.

Definitely works as advertised

Perfect for my travel needs. I do alot of walking on trips and it fits perfect in a old phone case. Charges my Samsung S9 quickly. So far I only needed to charge once but it appears to be able fully charge at least twice

I just got this a week ago but tried it out immediately and it charged my Note 9 so quickly. It's just what I needed. It's smaller than the phone, so I can carry this in my purse with no issues.

Impressive Phone Charger

I've been very impressed with this phone charger. It holds a charge well, I didn't use it much at first and it had a full charge after a couple weeks. Then my regular charger in the living room stopped working so now I've used it a lot. It has charged two phones from 50 to 100% several times, so I'd guess it could fully charge 3 cell phones from dead to 100%. It is just about the size of my phone, so can sit beside or underneath it while charging. It fits easily in my purse, and can be charged on my laptop (slower) or by plugging into adapter. My phone is old: I take pictures and post on social media all day so it needs frequent charging. I'm very glad I purchased this charger; it has saved me more than once already.
