So not really about the product but I feel like 3 knives that are so different from one another shouldn't really be sharing a review section... whatever I guess. Sushi knife is really solid and well crafted. I guess it was sharp enough but with its weight I'm used to similar knives gliding through a tomato without having to press. After a 20 minute session with my whetstones it was gliding through tomatoes, salmon, and tuna like a hot knife through butter.

Just started working at sushi restaurant a few months ago and wanted my own knife to use. Read reviews, I decided to purchase it! After one week the edge is still razor sharp. Didn't realize it when I bought it but the handle is perfectly contoured to my hand (right handed). Havent had to sharpen the edge once and it still makes straight, smooth cuts through every roll. Couldn't be happier. Feels nice!

Solid knife, very satisfied with the length, the weight, and the design of the knife. Very sharp nice grip on the handle. Smooth cutting knife as you can see in the video. Cuts through salmon like butter.
