Great for surf fishing

Purchased these to wear while surf fishing (fishing from the beach) so that I could protect my feet from random glass/objects in the sand. For roughly $10, can't beat the price and beats going bare feet. Pros: The material is comfortable and light (I often forgot I was wearing them). The sole is also thick enough to protect your feet and keep it safe from the hot sand. The unexpected plus for me was that the shoes have really good grip. I often climb the rocks on the jetty to get to a good fishing spot, and I had no problems and no fear slipping with these on the jetty rocks. Lastly, the customer service is amazing so you can feel safe ordering these. I think these sizes run a little big because you want these to fit tighter. The size I originally ordered and tried was a bit too big, so they sent me a size smaller to try out for free. I highly recommend a size lower for a better experience in the sand. Cons: Sand does get into these (sand gets into any water shoes). But the smaller size heavily improved keeping sand out. Even when sand does get in, you can just kick it out (with shoes on) while in the water. Overall, I was hesitant to order these but extremely glad I did, especially at this price point.

Omg Hubby wears them everywhere!!!!!

My husband loves tennis shoes and Nike slides but since we moved to Hawaii he wanted these for the beach and pool... Well, guess what?!? He wears these more than his tennis shoes and slides lol. He said they are so comfortable! We walk to the store (2 mins away), go run errands, guess what he is wearing. Yep, you guessed it, these shoes lol. He wears a 11, I got the 11-12 and they fit Perfect! I should buy him some more.

Just around...

I tried these on, they felt so nice, I cooked dinner in them. Took the kids to karate and football in them and ran into the grocery store wearing them. I hate water shoes as a rule, I would not wear them unless I was canoeing or wading into a lake. These stayed one my feet, they didn't move around. The uppers are made out of bathing suit fabric, the sole is made out of something tough, flexible and durable. My son pointed out that I shouldn't wear them on concrete anymore as there was a little wear around the front toe where I may have scuffed. I will totally wear them around my house though until I need them in the water.

Great great products

I haven’t had the best luck with swim shoes. Some cause blisters, others don’t stay on, and some my son keeps trying to take off. These swim shoes have been, by far, the best pair we've tried. They didn’t blister my sons feet and he seems very comfortable with them on too! They work well at the pool and on the beach. it definitely worth it. Especially for the great price!

Comfortable enough to forget you are wearing them

I wanted a cheap alternative to sandels to wear to flit the river. These worked well. I actually forgot I was wearing them because they are so comfortable. They have a thin sole so they are comfortable enough to walk in, just not for a super long time. There is a small tag that was annoying but can be torn out or folder under the insert. They also come in a water resistant bag to carry them in.

Took me up Dunn's River Falls

These fit great and did exactly what I needed them to do. I bought them to climb the Dunn's River Falls. I was worried after reading a review where someone said they fell apart on them doing the exact same climb. Not only did they make it to the top, but they even survived me mis-stepping a couple times when I got too aggressive on the climb. The traction was perfect and made me very confident with my footing. Highly recommend!

Comfy and functional

These shoes fit snugly enough not to slip or come off while swimming in the ocean, but were very comfortable. They also dry very quickly, although I didn't use them much for walking around on dry ground. I also used them for swimming at a couple of sink holes where there were a lot of wet rocks and some moss, and they definitely help with balance and for protecting your feet from smaller rocks. The shoes are thin enough at the bottom though that you can still feel the texture of the ground you're walking on, so I would still avoid visibly sharp rocks. The only negative on the white color ones is that they did stain - I got a bit of moss on the fabric and the stain didn't come out even after washing them. It's a very small spot, but because they're white, it's very noticeable. I'm going to try a pre-treater and re-wash and see how that goes. Otherwise, great water shoes and very reasonably priced!

Worked extremely well for cruise and beach vacay. Cute and comfortable

Worked really well and the design was just like the pictures. Came in extremely useful and worn daily on a 7 day cruise and vacay after that. Comfortable and like a walking barefoot but with very good traction on wet, dry and rocky surfaces. Shoes protected very well and I wonder why I never used these before even though I had seen others wearing similar shoes.

The shoes have a great rubber sole and the pattern was true to the picture. I used them to creek walk. When I walking over rough forest ground and these things make it easy and painless with a thin rubber sole to protect my feet. Will update if they unexpectedly fall apart after a few uses, but so far they seem really well made. I'd recommend it!

Going to the Beach? Get These!

These are not for hiking. However, if you are going to the beach, perfect! We had these for our trip to Australia and were greatly needed for walking on the boat and on the beaches. Some beaches are made of old coral that washes up. It can take a toll on bare feet. But we had our water shoes and they were perfect for strolling over the coral and could wear them into the water and out of the water. They dried very quickly. The fit was perfect since my foot ranges in Women 9-10 (I have high blood pressure and sometimes my feet swell, making me a size 10). Highly recommend!
