Absolutely loving the sensor

Absolutely loving this moition sensor. So I’m not good with putting things up. But the directions were easy to follow and I got it up. We are in the country and our dogs bark all the time. So now we don’t look unless the sensor sounds. This has been great!!

Works Great!

I've only had this for 3 days, but so far so good. Installed the sensor at the top of the stairs and plugged in the door bell part downstairs. Now I know when my mom is going to "pop in" downstairs. I was so tired of being scared with her showing up in a doorway unannounced. I did put tape over the sensor except for one sliver in the center. I got this idea from another reviewer. I didn't want it going off when the cats went up and down the stairs. Happy Day!

Does what it should

I am using this product at a convenient store to alert when someone walks behind the counter. This I think will help with theft by alerting working with a loud charm. It is nice to have two alarms to put in different locations. This product takes 3 aaa batteries in each sensor and then the alarm part needs an outlet to plug into. Many different alarms to choose from. Great product for the money, Very sensitive.

Great product!!!

This is a great item! It picks up any movement in the area. I have one on the walkway up to My house and surprisingly it picks up cars as they pull in the driveway... I didn’t expect it to pick up something so far away. These work great and I think I’m going to get an extra set. I have had NO issues with a high frequency sound as mentioned in another review. Additionally, there are a couple of different sounds. They are not all super loud, some I can hear all the way across my house and others I can’t. This is a bonus, and I would not say any of the sounds are annoying. As another reviewer mentioned, it can be sensitive to other sounds in the area... such as a dog walking by but for me this is a bonus.... that is also movement, and if it picks up a dog walking by I know it’ll pick up a car or person. That is why I have this, to detect motion!

Long range detection

We have a somewhat long driveway, with no windows facing the side that visitors pull up on. I was hoping this would work to alert us when someone pulls in before they're knocking on my door:-). We put one of the sensors out under the mailbox, and so far it's been working well, even sensing people walking in sometimes. I still have one sensor to place, but am waiting to see if we actually need a second one, or if I should just keep it as a spare. I'm not sure how it will hold up to all kinds of weather...it's somewhat protected, but could still get wet - I should know after the a storm blows through this weekend. Overall I'm quite happy with it!

Easy to install and happy with how it works!

I ordered this motion sensor alarm for my home as we are currently renting a larger home and there are times when we don’t hear the doorbell. My neighbor had one of these sensors and I thought I would give it a try. First I have to say how EASY this is to set up. Literally took me 10 minutes to place the sensor and then turn it on. Also, I love that I didn’t have to permsntky mount it amywear as with renting a home I didn’t want to have to drill holes into the walls etc. Now... I have to also say it works amazing! I can take the monitor with me and always be alerted to anyone at or near my door! I think it will also come in handy for when I have packages delivered as sometimes the mail person doesn’t ring the doorbell they just leave the package and with this alarm I will be notified. Great alarm especially for the price!

False Alarms? try this

I was ready to return the WJLING motion detectors because I was using it at home in a hallway (with nothing to trigger the alarm other than legit motion) and I was getting alarms every few minutes. I switched to batteries (instead of usb/outlet) and it stopped the false alarms. But, I had planned to use the system with usb/outlet power. I then tried a remote control outlet switch (ex. etekcity product) between the usb adapter and the wall outlet; it worked. I also now have the system (both sensors and the receiver) able to be turned on/off with a single remote control button press.

Easy to install and range is impressive.

I bought this alarm initially to alert me when a vehicle comes up my drive. I was a little hesitant to believe it would really pick up in my home a far enough distance away to give me a proper ‘heads up’ someone has arrived. This system is very impressive. I can move the receiver to where I can easily hear it. I have one sensor on the driveway and the other I placed inside my pool fence. I get a signal if anyone is inside my pool area. I hadn’t thought about it before, but this system brings a level of security I hadn’t had all these years. I have new neighbors with small children and I do worry about the pool area being safe for them. The range is impressive and sufficient for my needs. It is easy to install and move if needed. I’m pleased I made this purchase.

Works Great

We've had this for a couple of days and have had fun with it. We tried the usual spots, in the driveway, outside the door, etc. All worked great as advertised. For fun, we put it in our son's room so we can hear when he comes in at night. Being 21, he usually is quiet trying not to wake us. On this night, however, he came in at a decent hour. He got the rings when he walked in his room. His startled face was a hoot. So if you have teenagers and want to catch them coming in late after curfew, this is good to get. The volume is controllable so it is not so alarming inside the house.

Works Great

Price was good. I was worried about having to make an angled mount since the pictures don't show anything like that included but the included ball mounts let you tilt them up to about 45* in either direction. You can also power the sensors with an AC USB charging adapter if you are near an outlet. I have this watching the garage door and garage man door since I can't hear anything there from the other end of the house where my bedroom is. Depending on how long the batteries last, I will likely power it with the USB option.
