WE JUST LOVE IT ....WE HAD IT FOR A MONTH ,,,SO FAR SO GOOD

If I have any complaints about the Saeco Super Automatic Expresso Machine, it would be because I am now drinking a lot more coffee! This coffee machine is perfection. I unboxed this and had it running in about 45 minutes-it was a little late and I could have done it faster had I waited until morning-but it was a fairly simple set up. You test your water for hardness, add a brand new filter, chose your language on the display and so forth. The booklet and the directions displayed on the machine make the process simple. On to the good stuff! Once you get acquainted with this machine-you will find that it is simply amazing. It’s simple enough the youngsters can use it instead of going to Starbucks. Personally, I marvel at the taste of the freshness of the coffee and wonder how I drank K cups all those years! You get more control over your cup of coffee if you use beans. You can personalize each cup-with ground coffee, it tastes wonderful, but allowing the machine to grind your beans gives you am edge up on exactly how you would like your coffee. The design of the Super Automatic is astounding. The milk is sent through a hose and froths wonderfully into your latte or any other frothy drink-this makes 15 drinks-including warm milk and hot water. And may I add, the warm milk is a wonderful thing!! This machine also rinses after each use so it stays nice and clean. This also comes with some cleaning accessories. This will make two cups of coffee at a time-no more waiting in line for that! The display is crystal clear and you can program your favorites into your personal setting. The versatility of this machine is stunning-from straight coffee to lattes and cappucianos-to even warm milk or straight froth, there is something for everyone available at the push of a button. This is easy to maintain and makes heavenly coffee specifically however You like it. It doesn’t get any better than this.

I've been showing this off to all my friends and they are so jealous. It's like having a barista in your kitchen. It filters the water. It cleans itself after each use (there is a schedule for descaling and some deeper cleans). It grinds your beans. You can customize drinks down to the grind. It also dispenses warm milk or water for something like hot chocolate for the kids or tea. I like coffee drinks, but I'm horrible at making them. I have a Tassimo, a Nespresso and Keurig. They are ok, but they don't substitute for a good coffee house Latte or Espresso. This may actually be better than a good coffee house Latte or Espresso (or one of 15 drinks you can choose from). Nothing tastes better than fresh ground beans at exactly the right temperature and the Saeco has that down. When you look at all the coffee pods and coffee makers I've had over the years, the price (if it sticks around for as long as they seem to) isn't even horrible. It's literally as easy as placing an order at a coffee house and having a barista make your drink.

This makes a variety of coffee drinks. It also dispenses regular coffee, warm milk, and hot water. It makes wonderful, perfect and beautiful drinks, with very little effort once it is set up. Set up is fairly easy. You can even call customer support and a technician will walk you through the first time set up. I didn't find any need of that through - the machine's touchscreen had a great walk through that came on as soon as I had it plugged in and turned on. The only thing that confused me was how to put the filter in, because it said to turn it upside down and submerge it, and mine kept floating. I had it turned wrong and not attached to the bottom of the water holder, like a fool. Once I looked at the pictorial they provided, my mistake was evident. You use regular tap water and whole beans in this. It holds about a pound of whole beans, and it will grind them as needed, so the coffee drinks are as fresh and full-bodied and aromatic as can be. It has a steam mechanism that cleans the milk tubing. The milk container does close with aa little flip top in the center so you can keep it refrigerated when not in use. If you use cold mik, as directed, the froth is simply unbelievable. The drinks absolutely compare to the best I've had either here in the states or in Germany/France. It does also come with a water hardness test that is useful for scheduling descaling. The filter that comes with the unit is good for 5,000 cups though. Each drink can be customized easily with the touchscreen interface. It does take up some counterspace. It isn't that wide- it is just a bit wider than my older Keurig, and not as wide as my air fryer. It does take up most of the counter top though, because it is a deep appliance. If you sit your coffee cups on the tray on top, it will keep them warm and ready.

This coffee machine is perfect, except for a tiny issue with a light that is visible but can't figure out how to turn on, including after a call to support with no results. It does take about 10-20 cups being done before it was consistently perfect, but this is stated in the instructions. The instructions themselves could have been clearer, but the videos online that are included as reference in the instructions do fill in the gaps. In my opinion for the price, it should have come with the first month's supply of cleaning materials, as there are two monthly cleanings required, along with an annual one as well. There is a cool profile feature, which allows you to easily customize your drink and and save it. Cleaning it is way easier than my previous espresso machine, an Expobar Office Leva. The results are extremely consistent and it just makes great coffee. Make sure to read the setup guide, then watch the videos before turning it on for the first time. You will be thrilled with this espresso machine.

We've used a huge variety of coffee-making devices. From those that make a pot of coffee, to French Presses, to products that are closer to this Saeco. The quality of the coffee drinks that this makes is as good or better than what has come out of any of those other devices. And it rivals or matches the drinks I get at the various different coffee shops in our area. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy this coffee maker is to use. We have another maker of this general type (it's by another manufacturer - but it has the built in grinder and makes a variety of drinks). This Saeco has much easier-to-follow instructions for making various different coffee drinks (we were constantly explaining how to use the other maker to our guests). It does take a bit of effort to set this maker up. Check out other reviews for links to helpful videos. If you're going to invest in a high-end coffee maker for your home, this is the one to go with.

It’s pricey, but if you want close to Rome taste cappuccino this is the place to get it not Starbucks!

The machine is like having Starbucks in your house!!!

I found the instruction manual for this machine to be a bit confusing, mainly in that it was only after I completed setup that I finally found all the missing pictures ("Figure 1" etc.) that had been referenced in the text, hid away in the very back of the booklet. Like a lot of guys, I don't do instruction books very much, so if there was instructions on how to use the instructions I might well have missed them. The machine is actually astonishingly user friendly and easy to operate, considering all it can do. My wife and I love experimenting with different drinks and different proportions of coffee and milk. We still have not settled on exact favorites yet after owning the unit for a few weeks, but generally we like the ones that include milk. We use almond milk with extra sugar added so the foam is sweet, and have had no problems. While it is certainly not cheap to purchase, this machine is a ticket to coffee heaven. So far it has been very easy to clean and take care of. In operation, the mysterious noises and dramatic puffs of steam make me feel like I'm a mad coffee scientist!
