I love it !!! It’s perfect for what I needed in my living room I got it for looks not the heat but I did try it and it’s hot just don’t know how big of a room it’s able to warm up Ps it’s a 40” fireplace with a 70” tv so you get an idea of how it’ll look

I love the fireplace , it’s easy to hang . Different color on the fire with temperatures. Comes with remote control or you can push buttons On the fireplace .

Excellent Customer Service

I am very happy with the fireplace... I am still under construction but it looks really good and works well. Can't beat the price. I had an issue with the remote... Either I lost it or it didn't come with the unit, I sent an email to the vendor and he responded right away. I received the replacement remote in about 2 weeks.

Make sure someone who's installing it has experience and does not make the drywall incision too big

I put this unit in my living room and I put it in the wall it is so gorgeous we actually put tile around it because my installer made the hole a little too wide make sure whoever installs it measures the correct wall space when installing it. So we decided to put the tile around it and it worked out perfectly better than what I expected I will be mounting my television above it in a few days

Fantastic product

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Slid easily into the wall and heats up the room without an issue. It looks absolutely beautiful and gets lots of compliments. Really gives a custom look to our master!

Absolutely love it!

Totally tough to get up, had to hire a handyman b/c it's heavy, but it is exquisite and well worth it once up! Absolutely love it - the colors are spectacular, the warmth lovely :)
