Original camera Does Not Work. Extremely Frustrating. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE fixed the problem

Camera appears to be mechanically sound however the software does not work. I tried to connect it to two different 2.4 Ghz network and neither worked. The camera kept claiming incorrect password even though the same exact passwords were used to connect my laptop to the same networks. The password does not contain an special characters, therefore it should be accepted by the camera. Also to add to the frustration, while trying to connect the camera, you have to have your phone volume on to listen for instructions. Someone thought it would be genius idea to have an annoying beeping sound continually playing. Having owned several cameras this has been the absolute worst. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ASAP! Edit: the company reached out to me after reviewing it and sent me a newer model and refunded the original purchase . The new mod works fantastically. Based on this alone I would buy from them again.

Amazing video quality!!!!!!

This is an awesome camera for the price. It has wifi, making it very easy to setup without a signal wire. The 2 way audio is like an intercom system which can be fun by the way. Its a Pan tilt camera which means you can move it with your mobile phone. These features are pretty standard on a lot of cameras but what I REALLY liked about the camera is the 1080P video quality. Other cameras have low resolution, poor frame rates, bad wifi which makes it useless. This camera can be view with HD quality on your phone remotely and controlled to move ANDDD with 2 way talk. Its an awesome gadget. Solid 10/10.

Excellent choice for my needs

Using this to monitor my pet birds. It is easy to set up and use. I would recommend it to my friends images are very clear and like the microphone so I can speak to them

Best Camera for the Price!

We bought this camera 3 months ago and it seems to be flawless. We use it daily to check on our animals while we are away from home. It’s super easy to control from the app, and we can move the camera to scan our apartment and locate all of them. Before purchasing, I did a lot of research and comparison of all the different cameras available on Amazon. It seemed to be the best choice to try and find a decent one on amazon simply because of the price compared to many other “brand names” you find in store. I was looking for something with either a really wide angle or that had pan/tilt movement like this one. While this camera didn’t have as many reviews as others, I felt good because of the high positivity for all of them, and because of some concerns I had from reviews on other models (coming from China, privacy, durability, and quality were all concerns). So far I’m very impressed with this camera! The setup took a little bit of time trying to connect it to our WiFi, but once we did it was good to go. Their app is pretty easy to use, and I was actually surprised on the minimal latency when moving the camera - it responds pretty quickly! After three months of use, I’m very pleased and it has held up well. No concerns about it not working, it being too warm, or moving on it’s own (all problems I had seen on reviews of other cameras). I have not tried its recording functionality, since we just use it in real time to monitor our pets. I would highly recommend this camera if you are looking to monitor your home in real time!

AWESOME camera, easy setup (for real!)

Prior to receipt of the camera, I received an email from the seller, expressing their appreciation for the purchase of their product and providing contact information if any support was needed. The product arrived on time, via Amazon's delivery service. While I did complete the setup following the directions in the included User Manual booklet, I could have completed the setup without even looking at the user manual. This camera uses the IPC360 phone app (iOS and Android). I have been using that app with a different camera and it is an easy setup following the app's guidance. I also have another camera, which uses an app called "Eyecloud." IPC360 is so much better that "Eyecloud." IPC360, during the setup, does a sweep with camera, storing 15 different positions as presets. You just tap on a preset, and the camera immediately moves to that position. (The "Eyecloud" app allows you to store presets manually, but it seems incapable of retaining the presets!) If you move the camera to a new location and want a new sweep to save new presets, just tap on the "360" icon in the app and it goes through the process again, storing new presets based on the new location of the camera. The SD card socket is cleverly hidden on the part of the camera housing that is normally out of sight. It is adjacent to the reset button. The SD card is inserted upside down (detach from power before inserting SD card). I found the easiest way to install the SD card was to simply invert the camera, holding it upside down. The SD card went in and locked on my first try (after many failures while trying to do it with camera right side up). I formatted the SD card, using the IPC360 app. This took ~4 minutes, during which the camera is OFFLINE. When complete, the camera comes online and is recording (depending on record settings - I have mine always recording). The IPC360 app is very easy to manually move the camera to any point of interest. Just tap on the image where you want to camera to center, and it moves to that location and stops. (The "Eyecloud" app requires multiple imprecise taps to get close to where you may want it.) The camera has a motion sensor with alert capability which is easy to turn on/off, using the IPC360 app. There is also a siren type audible alarm on the camera that you may activate if you wish. The alerts are quite fast in my experience. When I walk in front of the camera, I will receive an alert on my iPhone in <5 seconds, whether using my home wifi signal or having my phone on LTE. There is a piece of protective plastic over the lens. Remove this when setup is fully complete or you will have slightly distorted images. I absolutely (and proudly) recommend this camera!

Camera Update

The camera was easy to set up and it shows a very good resolution picture. For the price it was a very good buy, except when I opened the box the camera case was cracked. The face of the camera was covered with fingerprints and smudges. The protective cover over the lens was wrinkled and appeared to have been removed and haphazardly replaced. the main problem was the molded seam on top of the camera was cracked open approximately 1/16 " halfway across the top. I Hooked up the camera to verify the performance and capability and found that it provided a great picture and was reasonably easy to set up. I left feedback concerning the condition and problems on the camera and was very disappointed that after several days I had not heard back from the seller. I am returning the camera. This is a follow up on the PC540: Jinjing Xu contacted me and sent a new Victure PC540 camera to replace the damaged camera that I had returned. They have fully supported their camera. The new camera was very easy to set up and only took a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the camera. It has a very good picture and great features. It picks up very good sound on the camera as well as playing sound through the camera. It has a wide view which gives great coverage. It apparently also has free cloud storage. You can change the shooting angle which is handy as well as share the camera between phones. It has an alert mode and has great volume controls. It also has very good encryption as well as other very handy features. It's simply a great camera for the price. The instruction book is in English as well as several other languages and is in a small well writen booklet which is easy to read and understand which was a very nice change compared to some others that I seen. It is great to have a company that really supports its products and customer concerns. I am very satified with the camera and customer support and would recommend the camera to others and I have upgraded the rating to 5 stars.

Great little camera!

This thing is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I got it because we're going to be on vacation for a couple weeks plus we're traveling for work and to see family within the same month, so we want to be able to keep an eye on the house. This little thing was super easy to set up and works like a charm. I feel so much better about leaving! I put in a photo and video that the camera took so everyone can see the quality of what it records. The photo is in a pitch black room. We were amazed by the night vision! Hope it helps!

360 degree view

I bought this camera to set up in my living room to keep a eye on things when nobody is home. It was a super easy setup basically just plug it in and download the app and it was good to go. Also the 2-way audio comes in handy when I’m checking on the dog at home. Plus the 360 degree rotation makes for a all around view. This camera definitely gets a thumbs up from me.

Better than i thought

The camera is working better than I thought it would. The 360 degree span is very helpful for when I leave my dog at home alone. And i can talk to him with the speaker option. However you really need to find a good spot for it to utilize the 360 span and it should be placed lower because it doesn’t go very low but can go very high up. Picture quality is decent, depending on your network speed.
