Swiss Army knife of BBQ flippers

One of the things I liked about this utensil is that the handle, covered in wood sandwiching the metal tang is very stiff. Compared to a flipper I had from an expensive set of tools, there is no give which is good when you want to pat down a burger or any other meat. I tried the cutting edge on some 1" NY Strip steaks to test for the level of cooking (ok, I know that is not recommended but I'd rather not deliver overcooked food) and it easily cut through the meat without needing a fork to hold it. Its length was ok for me but others may want it longer but for my 27" PGS grill it was long enough. Cleaned up as one would expect. I haven't tried to sharpen the edge but if I do later, I'll update this review. A nice tool to add to or replace your BBQ tool set.

Perfect for grilling

I have just started learning to cook on a grill. (This was always my husband's job. He is no longer able. Due to health) I bought these and I Love them. They turn the meats, cut into, ( to check for being cooked enough) and I can saw with them. They feel strong in my hands. And are Very versatile. I can easily clean them ( hand washing) I use them each time I cook on the grill. Don't know how my husband could have been cooking so many years without these.

Most innovative barbecue tool!

This is the second one I bought as a gift and had Amazon drop ship for me. Each time I use the one I got, I am amazed by how versatile this tool is. It slices and flips everything with the greatest of ease. I have a feeling this will be the holiday gift of the year and beyond!

Nice Product

I purchased this for a holiday gift and removed from the package before wrapping in order to engrave the handle with my Dremel. I was surprised how hard the handle wood material is. The machining and material quality seem to be very nice and the unit looks like it is a "Multi Task" tool for the grill.

BBQ Flip Fork

I think it is a neat tool for BBQing; however, the recipient has not reived it yet since it is a gift. I feel certain he will love it after using it.
