I love this range hood! I normally cook everyday for my family. But my old Broan range hood is very weak. Everytime I cook, the smell of food filled our entire home. It gets in our living room and bedroom. Doesn't matter when I shut the door or not. My kitchen cabinet and ceiling get sticky from the grease. It made our daily cleaning very troublesome. Ever since we switched to this Chef PS10 range hood, it changed my life! No smell, no grease, and no cleaning the cabinet everyday. This range hood is very powerful that when I make stir-fried dishes, the living room won't smell a thing! My few other friends bought from the same brand and they like it. They have very good customer service, especially Stanley. He was very patience with me and he took my calls on weekends.

Great deal

I love it! I bought this range hood for my new kitchen and it looks great. The customer service team is the best part. I called on a Sunday afternoon and someone, not call center, picked up and answered all my question. The suction on this range hood is good too. I stirred fried a lot and my old range hood can’t do the job. Often time I have a lot of grease stick on my old cabinets. Tested for a week and there is no grease yet! I will do another update in a month.

Better than expected

This hood is just right . I researched other brands and very happy I chose this Chef model. I wanted a heavy duty stainless with a lot of power and this is perfect.replaced a Vented space saver microwave which never really was powerful to remove smoke and now smoke detectors are silent. NOTE THIS IS A 2 PERSON INSTALl It is heavy but that’s what is good about it High Quality and powerful .also easy to understand instructions but read the entire booklet for important info

Excellent Exhaust hood. More than expected,worth of price.

What a Hood Exhaust. Must say more than expectations. Its been more than month now. I must say its really good one. I did my whole kitchen renovate and Making everyday indian food with spicies I was worried about having durable good quality hood exhaust with higher CFMs. Have to say so far we hardly went up higher speed from three speed selector. The lower speed is more than enough and didn't needed higher speed so far. Definitely recommend this one. ONLY ONE THING ITS VERY HEAVY AND NEED TWO PERSON TO INSTALL. But im happy after installing.

Great suction and easy to install.

Amazing range hood. Did a lot of research before buying. This Chef Kitch hood caught my eye, after doing extensive between between this range hood with the competition I decided to try it. It did not disappoint it has awesome power and was easy to install. Love it!

Pleasantly Surprised

I normally don’t buy stuff of this caliber without seeing it in person or otherwise reading extensive reviews but decided to take the plunge after recommendations from a friend who’s a much better cook than me. I’m glad I did. After doing some research, I had already concluded that I wanted something pretty powerful with stainless steel that I could clean easily. This seemed to hit all the right marks. Personally, I’m not a big fan of touch screens, as I prefer tactile buttons, but that ultimately became a minor point. Everything else seems well built and has features that seem standard across the market. As an aside, the fans were quieter than I expected them to be, which was a plus. Lastly, installation for me was fairly straightforward, but definitely bring a friend. I usually am more of a DIY person but instantly decided against it. The unit isn’t very heavy but not something you’d want to install yourself.

Installation was very easy. Super easy to operate. Looks Beautiful and very functional. Great replacement for previous hood which was very weak with venting.

Love it!

My husband bought this as a surprise gift for my birthday and I love it. It takes out all the smell so my hairs don't smell like food every time after cooking. I notice some customers had issue with the clock but mine is completely fine. Anyway just taking out the smell from my hair and cloth worth every single penny!

Overall, worth the money!

I heard a lot of good things from my friends about this company. They are correct! The customer service line is always there. They are responsive. Most importantly, the quality of the range hood is top notch! I was doing quite a bit of research on similar products and trying to decide which one to get by specially comparing this model to UC-PS18SS. I ended up choosing this range hood because of the 900 CFM and the round corner which matches my cabinet style.
