A Great Buy

I crochet a lot. I crochet a lot of different things, with a lot of different kinds of yarn. So far, I really like this set. I actually prefer some of these hooks over the fancier, far more expensive hooks that I have. For example, I have a Boye 8mm hook with a rubber handle that I have never liked. The top is too rounded and the throat isn't deep enough. I no longer keep it in my crochet bag now that I have the 8mm from this set. (photo: yellow handle is Boye hook) The same goes for the 2.5mm hooks. (photo: blue hook is Boye) So far, this set has won over all my Boye hooks. A couple of the hooks had a slightly rough spot that I was able to smooth down with an emery board. The 3.0mm hook has a very slight bump on one side of the hook. It's barely noticeable to the eye, but when crocheting amigurumi, with really tight stitches, it bugs me. I will try to sand it down, but I think it's going to need more than an emery board. The yarn needles, stitch counter, cutters, bag, and markers were a nice bonus. I'm still really amazed that I was able to get this many hooks for $10. I am definitely recommending this set to my crochet friends.

Great set,came with lots of handy tools. Love the scissors.

My only dislike is that the rubber comes up so far that it's hard to use with Bernat yarn and on certain stitches like Bean stitch.

Great for travel crochet

This did great on my trip. The hooks are easy to hold and strong. The small size of the bag and what fits in there is great. These hooks don't irritate my hands nearly as much as regular hooks. The size rage is great too.

Overall great product

Very well made. Good for arthritic hands. Great assortment of yarn needles. String cutter is nice, snips are very convenient. Only thing is, I can't figure out how to use the stitch/row counter. Case is nice too. Overall great product

LOVE, LOVE LOVE the ergonomic soft handle crochet hooks!

I was having trouble with my hands becoming sore and stiff when crocheting for long periods of time., I had purchased an ergonomic soft handle crochet hook when at my daughter's as I had forgotten my crochet hook. Very comfy. I’m a slow crocheted...they move a little faster than my regular hooks. But didn’t take long to get used to. Love the bag and ring. The ring to cut the tails comes in handy.

GREAT VALUE

The silcone does slide off for me when I'm using the smaller hooks, but that may just be how I hold them. Very nice and great for the price! I kept them all in the free bag and havent lost them.
