I had never thought of purchasing them before because I eat Keto only and these always said super sugar desser to me.This is good quality product and very easy to use. The 'seam' does not pick up dough and makes it easy to release the fried Cannoli.I do not own those long enough to comment on the longevity but the steel seems to be absolutely stainless and should last a very long time. Item arrived on time, and in good condition. The cannoli tubes are easy to use and easy to clean.I’ve had no problems with these cannoli tubes and I would purchase again.

The cannoli tubes are packaged in a cardboard box, so they are in good condition when I received them. These slanted-design tubes are better than the cylinder-shape ones I think. Cannoli dough did not get stuck at all. And I suggest spreading some egg liquid at the edge of cannoli pastry to seal the dough or tamp down the edges so they will not come apart in oil. It will be much easier to remove the cannoli tubes from fried shells if you rotate the tubes inside the shells.

These were GREAT! This is the first time I had ever attempted to make cannoli- and they were FANTASTIC! Whole neighborhood loved them and had to take to work as well- 5 stars!

My kids and I made cannolis together for Thanksgiving. This was really a warm family activity. My son rolled the dough into circles; my daughter warped the dough circles around the tubes. I fired them. Tips: Put cannolis gently into the oil. Do not make the frying oil too hot; otherwise, the cannoli shells may be burnt easily. The cannoli shells slid off easily after frying and tubes are easy to clean. Now they are still as pristine as when I received them.

These tubes worked well. They did not become rusty or turn yellow after I fired and washed them for several times. Even though I used steel wool to clean them gently, there were no scratches on the surface of the tunes.

These cannoli tubes come well packaged and they are a great size! I am a cake baker so I'm excited to try making some cannolis and other treats with these. I also used them to make cheese tubes. The possibilities are endless!! Good quality metal and not flimsy at all! I would definitely recommend this product!

Purchased these to make bacon cannolis. We do no carbs in our house but are Italian and love a good cannoli. These tubes worked like nothing I could imagine. I wrapped the bacon, placed them in the oven and baked. The bacon came out perfect and came of nicely. The tubes are just the right size and the filling was the right portion not to over dominate the treat. Overall these are awesome and versatile.

I love cannoli! I had been using wooden dowels wrapped in foil, well let me say, these are so much better! They're the perfect size and I get a more even fry. There are enough of them that by the time I put the last batch in the fryer, the first batch is cool so I don't have to wait at all between batches. I wish I had bought these years ago!

These are great for cannolis. I bake my cannoli in the oven and they come out without being greased or anything. Easy to clean and overall great at what they were made to do.

To my surprise, the wrap-around design makes shell removal so easy! As long as you pinch the fried cannoli with tube inside, the tube will become thin and easily slide out from the shell! It is easy to clean also, because shell does not stick to the tube at all and tubes are really almost seamless. I fried 15 cannolis with them. The shells were well-shaped! The best cannoli tubes I used so far. I will try croissants next time like the pictures show.
