Loved this kit

As a current PA student, I was looking for something affordable that I can use to practice my suturing skills! This kit has it all, from all of the instruments, difference sizes of suture, and a super cool suturing pad with a long lasting material. It even has a little card where you can use for reference during rotations as you practice your suturing. It also has a quick explanation of common suturing techniques and how to do them so you can practice. what I LOVE most about it are the videos that we had access to online to help you get starting on your suturing practice. I highly recommend this kit to those learning and sharpening their suturing skills. If for any reason you don't like it, you are allowed to email them and they can work something out.

Purchased as a gift

My daughter has been looking at this for some time. She is a Nurse Practioner and asked for it as a gift. Therefore the best I can say that it is what she wanted.

Excellent Suture Practice Kit for Pre Health Students!

After learning how to suture recently, I've been on the lookout for an affordable suture pad to practice on. I'm so glad I found this one! The skin pad has multiple types of incisions to practice on and includes 3 layers of "tissue". Definitely beats practicing on bananas! Tools come organized in a sleek and easy to carry black case. This kit also came with 12 packs of sutures, 4 each of 3 different kinds (Nylon, Prolene, and Silk) and a handy pocket sized guide detailing the differences between different types of sutures and their common uses. The guide also included pictures and tips of common suturing techniques and when sutures are typically removed. Would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone who is currently learning how to suture or is looking to improve their skills.

Great suture kit to practice on

Superb suture kit!! I am a medical student who can use a bit of practice in my suturing technique and this is very helpful. It comes with different types of sutures, blades, needle driver and scissors. Totally recommend buying if you need some practice!!

This product has everything you need! My suturing skills have improved so much by using this product in such a short period of time. I recommend it to all PA students and any other health professional students who need practice with suturing. The materials are very durable and worth the money! Must have suture kit for future clinicians/ current clinicians!

I have been through a couple of suture kits already attempting to find one that can hold any type of suture I want to practice and finally came across this one! I love practicing a variety of sutures but most suture kits won't hold the suture in place, so it is hard to tell how your progress is going. In this picture I was attempting a running subcuticular suture and it was holding perfectly. I am currently in my clinical rotations and I would recommend this kit to any PA/medical student who wants to get some good quality practice in!

If you're a health professional student or a health professional in the market for a new suture practice kit, look no further! This kit has everything that you need: a large practice suture pad, a variety of suture size/types and instruments, all in a convenient carrying case. This is a great kit to get you started! What I really love about this kit is the handy reference card (common suturing techniques/quick and dirty explanation of suture types and uses). The card is small enough to keep in your pocket and will be a great resource for those surgical rotations. As a PA, I want to continue to keep up with my skills and this is a great product to do so! I highly recommend this to all healthcare students or practicing clinicians who want to perfect their suturing skills!

Great kit for PA school

This suture kit comes with everything you need to practice suturing. I really love the information card that comes with this kit (different types of closures with an explanation of which kind of suture to use for certain procedures). I used this kit after my general surgery rotation for Physician Assistant school and I feel like my skills are slowly improving.
