The smiling versions were a taste to become accustomed to before buying. I was so set on getting the original for my sister who loves Tae. BUT she LOVED smiling Tata and I when I opened the box he came in, I couldn’t help but fall in love too!! The pic shown does not do them justice but I should’ve known to trust LINE. Smiling Tata was an amazing product and my first binge into buying the entire cushion collection and he wasn’t even for me! xD

Quick delivery and High Quality!

So I ordered both Tata and Shooky as an early birthday gift to myself and couldn't be more pleased! I actually ordered Shooky first, a few days before Tata and he was originally estimated to arrive about two weeks (give or take) after but after checking for updates on the order, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the order updated to show him and Tata scheduled to arrive at the same time! Sure enough, today, both arrived safe and sound, securely wrapped within their dustbags. They are very high quality, soft and squishy, perfect for hugging! I did my due diligence by looking at other reviews for these cushions and other BT21 products and I want to echo what many other reviewers have said and that is to make sure that the seller you're buying from is LINE FRIENDS OR LINE FRIENDS GLOBAL. They sell the official, authentic BT21 products and (as far as I know) at the same price as you would pay if bought from the physical store. LINE FRIENDS GLOBAL ships directly from Korea, so if you buy from them just know that you will likely have to pay quite a bit in shipping. I believe a couple of the third-party sellers sell the authentic products, but expect to pay more, especially if they too are located/ship from Korea, as the products were likely purchased from one of the Line Friends Stores there and shipping will be high. Be sure to look at the seller and their ratings before buying from third-party sellers though, as there are some sellers selling knockoffs of poorer quality. To ensure you get the real deal, make sure you are buying through one of the LINE FRIENDS stores and if they don't have what you are looking for currently in stock, don't lose hope and be patient! They do restock their items, so just keep checking back until they have what you want! It'll be worth it!

Perfection. I received these earlier than expected, and I love it! I wish I could post a pic, but I bought these as Christmas presents so TATA and Chimmy are hiding right now. I'm excited to come back and buy the entire group of BT21 pillows. My girls will definitely be excited. Adorable

It's so adorable, authentic cushion, well made with high quality. It comes with dust bag. I purchased 16.5 inches which is so big but not too big to cuddle. Highly recommend this item, worth every penny!

Authentic, adorable and cute. A real must have

All the items were the authentic ones and the cushions came in their official dust bags. The quality is very good and really soft. The sleeping mask isn't too tight when I put it on so it's perfect. The best advice would be to order only if the seller is LINE FRIENDS or LINE FRIENDS GLOBAL. But in the end it's your own choice. I'm really happy with these cuties.

Authentic and Comfy.

Saw some of the reviews and a bit weary to purchase for fear that it might be a fake. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't and it was very soft and bigger than what I expected, but its fine, I can use it as an actual pillow. I might purchase the characters to complete my set. Make sure to check the seller though as before opening I made sure to see that it truly was from LINE and not from somewhere else.

Very happy with this pillow and with the quality of it! I was worried about the size at first, but now that I have it and see it on my bed it’s perfect!! It also come with in a cute pillow case napsack thing. It’s a little funny how huge it is LOL
