Love this machine, the amount of espresso crema is like no other machine. As a cuban child I was taught to make espresso by beating sugar and the first squirts from the bellimo. This machine makes better crema than any other machine or process. Yeah boy.

Great product

Excellent product. It arrived in a box that said it included the milk frother but it appeared the frother was removed. We did not order the package with the frother so no big deal, just strange that they sent in that package.
