Samsung 7...love it.

I love this phone. I am 69 and I share my age to validate the claims I make. I am good with computers and tablets...but sucked at cell phones. The keyboards were too small, the features were well hidden, and phones sat in my purse. I use this phone. I can hear the other person speaking ( on previous phones my son said I wasn’t holding the phone correctly to my ear...with this phone I don’t miss my ear😍). I can block unwanted calls, I can dial the phone..and I am even texting. I still have a land line so that I can speak to all the telemarketers...but whenout and about..I have my Samsung!

Great phone for the money

The phone is great! Tracfone easily set it up, if you aren't obsessed by having the latest version, this Samsung phone has everything you want or need..

Great Phone

I was going to return this phone as I could not get on the internet. I called Tracfone and spent serveral hours without any avail. I liked the phone right away, but had to be able to get internet. I got authorization to return the phone and as a last effort reached out to the Amazon Community. I am so glad I did as I received the instructions of how I needed to reset a setting. Everything is working great now and I love this phone. If you need help reach out to the users, rather, than Tracfone. Thank you Amazon Community.

Good buy

No problems activating this, just added it as another device on the tracfone website in my account and activated it...took about 2 hours for the activation to go through. Nice screen , device works great. Price is good.

J7 Samsung Crown phone

I love this Tracfone, excellent picture quality, easy to use for a non tech person. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a smart phone at a decent price.

Great phone, and cheaper on Amazon compared to Tracfone.

Great phone, the only issue I had was with data. Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Network Mode -> CDMA or LTE / CDMA. By default it's set to LTE / CDMA and data would not work, changing it to just CDMA data works great, and way faster then my old phone. Camera looks great, screen is great for movies and this phone is very fast giving how many apps I have running at once. For $100 this phone is a good deal. This phone can take up to a 400Gb SD card. The biggest down side to this phone, is you have to tear it apart to get the battery out, Samsung that's a massive issue with this phone IMO, you should be able to pop the back off and remove the battery easy, not prying the case apart with a old credit card hoping you don't crack the case. My last 2 Samsung phones both had the issue of the battery kicking it, and needing to be replaced but I'm hoping this phone last 2-3 years with out battery issues.

I love it!

This phone is very nice. I returned my other phone which was a Sky7 because it had so many pop ups that I was unable to use it. I was afraid this one might have the same problem because its the same company but so far its great. It has so many features that I didnt expect or know existed. I am still trying to go thru them all. Its like a little computer. I know that's how cell phones are supposed to be but this is the first one that Ive bought that really seems that way. I'm very happy with it. I hope it continues to be a wonderful phone. I use it for my safelink account because it comes locked but that's who I had anyway. You cant use it for anyone except safelink or tracphone as far as I know, just incase you dont know this. I would definitely recommend this phone. Oh and it has an octocore in it. Thats alot of cores! Its wonderful! What else can I say?

My first real smart phone.

This new phone will take a long time to master. I spend a lot of time going back and forth to learn new functions.

I love it!

It works perfectly fine with TracFone and Safelink (If these services are available at your ZipCode; Keep the WiFi ON and grant permission to apps before transfecting your number and hours)! Its screen is larger than Galaxy Grand Prime and its menu is easier to navigate. I believe its camera is 10% better in quality. More cool features to be discovered! The only downside is its battery, which is built in (it is hard to change if batter does not hold charge properly).
