I found my new best friend for garden weeding! Best investment and invention ever. I love weeding, gardening and bee-ing the best to our earth. I allow the dandies to grow wild and free but respect others by getting them before seed. Well other weeds come along that are not welcomed. I am a big girl with lots of strength but choose to use my body wisely so I can be active and doing my own work and weeding without the pain and suffering my from chronic illness to respond to long labor. Easy to use

We like the length which means we don't have to bend over unless we want to. We keep a bucket nearby and simply release the weed into the bucket. The prongs are long enough to get the roots of the crabgrass. We liked the first one so much that we purchased and second one, so my wife can join in the fun. The shaft, plunger and prongs are sturdy and should hold up for quite a while. Overall it is easy to use.

Happy to have

I love this tool. I used to have one years ago, lent it to someone and never saw it again. I can't find it in a local store anymore, so I'm happy to have it back. Really is super easy to use and gets down to the root of the problem!

Easy, non toxic and oddly enjoyable way to remove weeds.

Looking for a non toxic way to remove a massive amount of dandelion weeds in my yard. I am 5’3 tall and find this puller easy to use. This weed puller was the perfect option for me. I would definitely recommend.

learning curve then smooth sailing

There was a little bit of a learning curve for me on using this product. Once you get use to where to place the tool to get the best results, then its a great product. This works great for weeds that have shallow or medium roots, but I don't this it is really used for very deep root weeds. After practicing for a bit, I got the hang of it and love this product.

Makes weeding so much easier!!

I give this product a 5 star because it illiminates bending over to weed the yard and pulls the weeds right up roots and all! The only thing I didn’t like was the caps on the end of the handles come off while working with them, but I just super glued them on to prevent this. Would recommend this product for ease of weeding and it does a great job!

Awesome tool!

I love this thing! I just bought my house and the backyard is like 80% weeds. I sprayed weed killer, which helped, but there were so many roots left behind and I’m impatient. I planned to just test it out on a few weeds and ended up sending over 2 hours pulling weeds from my back and front yard! There are still plenty, but I did develop a good technique and made a huge impact on the appearance. A few more rounds through the yard and I will be able to plant new grass. Can’t wait to have a beautiful, weed free yard!

The weed puller & graber work well. So does customer service.

This stand-up weed puller has saved my back! You just push the steel spokes into the weed, twist, and pull up. Then push the top button to release the weed. Perfect! Some people complain about the 'large hole' left after the weed is gone. The hole is not large but if it bothers you, just tap the dirt clump back into the hole before releasing the weed. Simple and effective. Pro Tip: While the instructions say to push straight down into the center of the weed sometimes you'll encounter a 'weed' with straight roots that won't break off. In that case, just attack the weed from the side and twist. Works every time. So, even though the unit doesn't grab or clasp the roots, it still gets the weeds up easily. The stand-up grabber (I bought the combo pack) works perfectly in conjunction with the puller. After I finish weeding, I grab those weeds, while standing, and drop them into a bucket or bag I carry. The puller that was shipped to me was mising a small plastic end-piece on the handle. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send one. Well, they sent me another whole weed puller! How's that for good customer relations?!

Weeder works great and saves my hips and knees from bending.

I had a similar weed twist and puller years ago. This weed remover feels sturdier and works great. The sprinklers ran last night so the ground was damp enough to twist and pull easily. The basket worked well once I had enough weeds in it so it wouldn’t blow around in the wind. The folding basket is light weight so I may need to add weights to hold it still as I begin my work each day.

It works!

I thought that for the price this would be something pretty cheap. It's not. Pretty sturdy and it actually does work. I found from a little experience that you need to be aware of any roots when you try to twist. also, for some weeds it might take a couple tries to get the whole thing, but hey, it's better than straining your back. I will confirm as another review mentioned, it's easier to use just after a rain when the ground is moist.
