Exactly as advertised

These connectors are exactly as expected. I have used a few and they worked perfectly - just need to make sure to apply the proper heat to get the solder to melt into wire connections. The heat shrink combined with adhesive ends look to be a perfect seal on the wire (you can tell as you are applying heat that it seals well to the wire). I haven't tested it by putting it in water, but I'm confident it will keep out moisture from the air.

Although the temperature while melting the solder in these connectors is critical for these to work , they do work very well when applied at the correct temperature. Can't be too hot or they melt the insulation.

Get it don’t think about it

Ok, in no way am I a expert in wiring anything at all but I must say this product is awesome. So easy to use and once I saw that it work the first time , it boosted my confidence in wiring all the light on my Jeep for off-road.

Great product in a little box

Excellent product. Solder connection heated evenly and the heat shrink had an obvious change so I knew it was locked into place.

I figured it was a gimmick product, but I was wrong. My soldering gun walked away so I ordered these hoping it would get me by till I got another soldering gun. They work well enough I'm not gonna redo the connections

Solved my Problem

These work just as advertised. I needed a way to have a secure, soldered connection without applying the heat of a traditional soldering iron. These work great and finish with a watertight shrink tube as well. Not sure you could do better stvsny price.

So far so good

Used these to install 3 new interior lights in my boat and very easy to use - the solder melted just like it was supposed to and the wires are holding very well. So far very happy with this product!
