Spend the extra money and get what you paid for!
I purchased a $90.00 projector on Amazon and was anticipating not what my Epson 1080p provides, but a good, clear, bright, in focus picture. When I hooked up the unit to a Blu-ray player, I received none of these. The picture looked like watching TV in the 70's, only worse, the resolution was a joke and the sound was like being in a quiet tin can. Being very unhappy with the purchase, I bought the Vankyo 510 Home Cinema Video Projector. Still not quite my Epson, but for $400 less, the picture was clear, great resolution, bright image and the sound was exceptionally good. You can actually hear stereo separation. All this for an extra measly $110. The great reviews on this one are true!

Great projector
This is my first projector and I am super happy with it! I couldn't expect more. It works very well it has a nice Keystone option which allows you to place your projector not exactly in the center, but also it can be lower than the actual picture. Simply move the Keystone and the picture will look perfect rectangle. Then just focus it and voila - perfect picture. Definitely a very bright projector as I got good picture even with some light in the room. It has a nice cover for the optic, so it protects from dust when unused. This is something I see for a first time on a projector. Also plenty of ports which you can use to connect multiple devices. Another great feature is the USB slots to connect your media directly. The product comes very securely packaged and all the needed cables (HDMI included as well). Good instructions, but you even don't need them since it's plug and play. I just opened the box and plugged the HDMI cable to my MAC. Boom great picture on the wall. To be honest I didn't expect to have internal speaker as well which is another big plus as the sound is really good for such device. Everything is perfect and would recommend the product to anyone who looks for such entertainment/office product.

Delighted
I wanted a projector for very occasional use - couldn't really justify spending a fortune on one, so plumped for this. But this projector I had purchased from Amazon was pretty good. Anyhow, I had a look around on the market and this seemed like a competitively priced projector and one of the key criterions which prompted me to purchase this projector was the portable carrying bag and its warranty service-I just want to make sure its quality without any problem. Ok, so the item first arrived as standard in the Amazon packaging and the projector was in perfect condition when it was removed from the box. In the box, you get the projector, remote, HDMI cable and an AV cable. Ok, so the item first arrived as standard in the Amazon packaging and the projector was in perfect condition when it was removed from the box. In the box, you get the projector, remote, HDMI cable and an AV cable. It's very simple to set up - 1) Plug in the power and HDMI cable - you can also use a USB mass storage device but haven't explored that option. 2) Switch on 3) Focus – use the keystone correction at the top of the projector to make the screen rectangular, and then adjust the focus to clear. 4) If you want use it outside, you need to hook up speakers to either your source, or the projector. If you have a projector screen( I bought together), the image quality would be better, or you can just project it to a white wall. So delighted with this projector.

Amazing picture quality!
Purchased the projector to show a video montage for my son's Bar Mitzvah. Opened the package on the day I received it, connected to my laptop via HDMI, opened up VUDU, and started a movie. It was absolutely that simple. I used the white wall in my basement a projected a picture that was at least 8 feet wide and HD clear. The picture was so clear that my whole family ended up watching the entire movie. Next big use was projecting the Solo movie outside on a canvas sheet. Again, awesome picture. I didn't even mention how clear the sound is from the projector. Big hit with the kids, once again. Finally, for the actual montage, room with about 100 people, picture once again was awesome. Plugged the sound into the DJ's sound system for a great presentation. I have already recommended this projector to family and friends, if you are looking, your search can be over!

Amazing for the money!!!! 10 stars
Amazing for the money!!!! The Vankyo leisure 510 is great right out of the box. This is the cheap projector you have been looking for, I have looked for many many evenings before I pulled the trigger! I find all projectors look best on a flat wall painted with flat ultra bright white. Don't use a screen unless you have to, it will be unimpressive. I had to guess what this may look like based on people using screens to project onto. I haven't messed with any of its settings yet. It is so nice looking with an HD video source, I cant really justify paying for a higher end model yet. I upgraded from a smaller RCA unit, cost was around $80 a year ago. I liked it but it was just to see if having a tv wall was useful enough to have. The small RCA was not bright enough in general, and it was also not HD capable. I paired the Vankyo leisure 510 with an HD tuner box that has HDMI output and it looks excellent for the price!!! 10 stars considering the price and TV use. I have yet to try an android tv box or pc hookup which I plan to do. The image projected on the wall is about 7 feet tall and 11 feet wide. I have the projector almost against the back wall, I think its 15 feet away from the screen wall, roughly. I really wanted the image to take up the entire wall but I don't have the room to move it further back, there is no zoom function. All I need now is a ceiling or wall mount to get it centered and squared up, which will make it look better than my quick photos do. I am not impressed easily, this is totally worth its price, as long as it works for a year or so... UPDATE: I had a problem, the projector image would freeze up and the sound wasn't working. All I had to do was reset it to its factory defaults. When it powered up, I immediately went to the projector menu settings and selected reset to factory defaults. This is a computer operated device and they do need reset once and a while. Vankyo was happy to help me out even though I found the fix myself. I also connected it to a NextD Android box and it looks great!!

Incredible Machine
I am a retired teacher. I left my classroom in 2015. One of my favorites tools that I miss from that classroom was a video projector that hung from the ceiling. It was a name brand projector that no doubt cost over $1000. It had a clear, bright, beautiful picture. I have used other projectors in the past. In fact, I owned one a few years ago. It had an okay picture. However it was not very bright. It was nowhere near a HD picture. Not even close to 720P. I use a cheaper (about $80) projector for a presentation at a Birthday party. It was better than the projector I had owned, but still not great. I then started my search for a new projector in case I was ever asked for a presentation again. The reviews on the Vankyo Leisure 510 LED Projector were very good. However, I was not expecting much. As you can see from my photographs. The picture is bright and clear and downright beautiful. The screen that you are seeing it projected on is a 100 in panoramic screen. I distinctly hope that this projector will last me for years. As for now, I couldn't be happier.

It works great!
I bought this projector mainly to watch movies and watch photos. It arrived quickly. It comes with remote control, AV cable, power cable and VGA cable and HDMI cable. So I do not need to buy any extra cable. I was a bit concerned about the noice after reading the reviews, but I really don’t think it’s that noisy at all. The sharpness and brightness of the image is superb in my opinion, really great for family entertainment. I can also show pictures from memory stick, which is great after holidays or to share memories. It works best in a darker room, although it is still watchable in daylight too. The instruction manual is in English and it’s clear enough to understand even for not so tech savvy person like me. I wouldn’t mind it being a bit big, but also realise for this parameters and class for this price the size is perfectly acceptable. It’s very light at the same time, which makes it easy to carry. Overall I’m happy with it and my family likes it too.

Perfect for PowerPoint
My office does quite a few seminars (with PowerPoint) throughout the year, so we decided to purchase our own projector. In searching for projectors, many of the other reviews stated that the projector does not do well for PowerPoint. I was starting to think in order to find one that fit my needs, I was going to have to shell out $500 or more. Until I stumbled upon this projector. Not only does this projector work perfectly for our needs, it was also extremely cost effective. For the price, you truly can’t beat it. The carrying case was a nice added bonus as well. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a projector for similar needs as mine.

3200 Lumens in a tiny package!!!
I often travel and present in varying different kinds of setups for my career - connected displays, built in projectors, and sometimes I come across a site that has nothing. That's when it becomes key to have a portable projector in your bag! This model is on the smallest side of enterprise grade professional projectors. This particular model sits at the intersection of brightness, size/weight, and resolution. While 800x600 ius on the small side it works well for me at an extremely high value. This projector is a star both in a fully lit room and with the lights off/lowered. Brightness will blow your image up VERY visible in spite of overhead flourescent lights. I dig the digital/automatic keystoning that adjusts itself as it goes. Build is decent an Epson is a well known name in projectors. I haven't had any running or hookup issues with this projector in my time using it. Overall I love this thing and I travel with it in the car all the time. The size is small enough that it doesn't take up too much space. I DO wish at this price point it came with a bag or carrying case. I would recommend this projector to anyone looking for a value projector in the enterprise realm that has outgrown a pico projector. The attached photos show a regular screen being projected on the wall both with the lights on and off.
