We decided to try fasting and used this product to boost our ketones from the start to avoid hunger the first couple of days and it worked! We did a four day fast with nothing but coffee, tea and water and took two capsules each and never felt hungry at all. I've never fasted more than about 12 hours before and I made it through the whole 96 hours with no problems because of the BHB.

The thing that I love about this product is how it kills two birds with one stone all while maintaining purity. If taken on an empty stomach not only does this help me get into ketosis quicker but the beta hydroxybutyrate is good for healing and maintaining a strong gut lining. All in all very good product.

This stuff works!

I have been Keto for 6 months. It is so easy to fall out of Ketosis though. With Thanksgiving coming up, I thought I would try this product. Well, for Thanksgiving I did not over do, but I know it would have thrown me out of Ketosis with the potatoes and pie alone. I have been using the KETO BHB once a day since that week and I continue to lose. I am no longer afraid to have a carrot or to indulge a bit now and then. I love the Keto lifestyle and how it makes me feel. KETO BHB helps me not worry as much about being human and in a hurry sometimes. I would highly recommend this product! I also have much more energy. In fact, I recommend not taking it late in the day. I take mine with lunch.

I really like this product. I use it to get back on track if I overdo the carbs one day. It’s affordable and I really like that it’s easy to take capsules instead of a drink that I end up nursing all day. Just swallow the capsules and I’m done!

Keeps its promises

I purchased this product because of a sponsored post on the r/keto subrredit. At first I was skeptical because it claimed to help reach ketosis in about 24 hours, and it helped control cravings. As someone with an eating disorder, I didn't fully believe that there was something out there that could help me control my cravings, but it did. I did reach ketosis in a short amount of time (though I don't know if it took 24 hours, for it took me about 2 days to purchase the strips to measure ketones) but I know it takes more time for some people to reach it, and I know it kept me in ketosis even after indulging a bit and eating more carbs that I should have. As per the cravings, it did help, although I did have some cravings a few times, though I don't blame this on the product failing, but on my eating disorder. I would definitely purchase it again, and encourage other people that struggle with cravings and staying in ketosis to purchase it.

Keto BHB

Well, been doing the “KETO THANG” and I thought it was coming along great. However, once I integrated the KETO BHB KETOGENIC BOOSTER, specialized salts, the pounds “dropped like rox”!!!!!!!! Lost 39 lbs. In LESS THAN THREE MONTHS. I have been trying for years to lose the middle aged Rolls, now they’re GONE!!!! I continue to LOOOOOOOZ POUNDZ!!! Cannot day enough......

I have been following the keto lifestyle since August of 2017 and just the past few months added bhb to my daily routine. These capsules are easy to take! I feel as though I get an energy boost because if I forget to take them I feel a bit draggy. I use them to help me stay in Ketosis and I find that they help with carb cravings. I highly recommend. I have added these to my monthly subscription. I use to use powder drink bhb products but love the simplicity of these daily pills and the fact that I feel great with them.

Great appetite suppression

I have used ketone products in the past, mainly the powdered drink mixes. While they work, they are expensive and I get tired of drinking them. I love this product! It is easy to take, fairly cost effective. My favorite thing about this product is that I get awesome appetite suppression which I need!!!
