Fun for the family, recommended
This infrared obstacle avoidance flying saucer quadcopter will definitely be a hit for kids or beginners. I have flown lots of Tiny Whoops racing drones, and I am glad obstacle avoidance has made it’s way into toys and budget drones. I simply toss it in the air and the propellers will then begin to spin. It flys itself, slowly rotating like a flying saucer, avoiding anything within 2 feet away, perfect for indoor flying. My 8 year old son rarely fly a radio control quadcopter but this flying saucer has been a big hit for him. The propeller stops when the quadcopter is inverted, so just catch it and flip it over to turn it off. Great design for anyone new to and curious about quadcopters. To charge the battery, make sure the plug is all the way into the port until you see a red light; this indicates it is charging. The battery is built-in, so replacing the battery may require some technical expertise, but for now we are enjoying this new innovation. Very entertaining, and if the price is right, this may be for you. Recommended. I will update this review if needed to share more experiences and therefore a frame of reference. I will add some photos shortly.

Fun for all ages
Everyone in my family really enjoyed this toy and that’s saying a lot because it took my sons attention away from his iPad and he hasn’t lost interest in it yet. At first my 2 year old was afraid of the noise it makes (sounds like a drone) but she got over that quickly. My 8 year old and I play “catch” with it by sticking our hands toward it so it goes to the other person back and forth. I was afraid if I took it outside it would just fly away because it doesn’t use a remote but it stayed close. It’s really cool to fly at night with the lights and my hubby really liked it. He has a expensive drone but it’s so hard to find areas where he’s allowed to fly it now so he likes that he can use this in the house. Of course my only complaint is I wish it held a charge longer. I think it would be cool if they could incorporate another mode with a remote!

Great interactive flying toy! Easy and fun to use!
I absolutely love this aircraft! This was a gift for my 5 yr old son. He is always asking for a drone or similar type of toy and has broken so many because he has not figured out the remotes. I am also always on the look out for the propellers to be completely covered-this toy takes the guess work out of trying to work a remote and it is safe for little fingers. The UFO is great for what I want. Easy to use and understand-flies easily from hand and turns off with safety by touching lightly or turning over- my favorite feature!- Has its own charging port/cord and the lights are bright and full of color, we have had lots of fun with this. Would recommend for anyone but especially perfect for younger children(caged propellers) and beginners.

The Best toy I’ve ever bought
The purchase of this toy ended up being a funny story. My nephew is a big fun of Star Wars and UFO toys so I decided to get something really cool for him that will keep him busy and interested. I was searching online and through amazon toys and I ended up buying this because of a cool description that made me curious to buy it so I did it. The toy was delivered and I told myself I won’t open it till the kids will come to visit me in the weekend but guess what I couldn’t keep myself for not checking if the description was accurate, later my wife came home and we ended up playing with it like two kids 😂 and having a blast. This flying object it looks like a simple toy but flying around like a real UFO object .. we were chasing it around the house like Alien hunters. It’s a funny little toy that brings a lot of interaction and joy in your house, totally worth the money.

Durable and fun
I bought a hand controlled flying toy for my nephew last year that was a huge hit! BUT it broke the night we gave it to him. It was a much smaller, cheaper toy than this one. This flying UFO toy is more durable than the junk I bought last year. This toy is able to withstand my 7 yr old, 5 year old and 2 year old plus my dog. It is larger than their little hands, so they can control it more easily than the little flying toy I purchased in the past. I wish I had ordered more the first time because they make great gifts and easy entertainment when kids are home, bored, camping or at the park. Great buy

So much fun!
I purchased this toy for my kids after doing some research before purchasing this specific brand/model. I was doubtful at how durable/fun this could be because I am always skeptical of toys with positive reviews, but I was wrong. This toy was so much fun and very simple to use. A small light toss in the air and off the UFO went. I was worried about how durable it would be, but the construction allowed the UFO to take quite a bit of bumps and drops without any impact to the toy. We have 30ft ceilings in our living room and it took a while for the UFO to come back down to a grabbing distance. I am unsure how far it would fly outside before returning, so we decided not try it. The UFO flies for quite a while before requiring a recharge, and the it takes about 40minutes of charging before it is ready to go again (just enough time to eat lunch for some over-excited kids!). I plan on purchasing a few more of these for Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews. They are going to LOVE them too! P.S. The charger is under the bottom cardboard flap in the box (just in case you didn’t find it right away like me!).

Sure to get a laugh
My 9 year old is giving this as a birthday gift to his younger brother. We tested it out first, and weren't sure what to expect, since neither of us had seen one before. The clear plastic part on the bottom threw me off for a bit, since it was screwed on and the directions didn't mention it. But once I took it off and turned the thing on, it just sat in my hand... Finally I dropped it, and the thing took off! Holding a hand under it sent it straight up, and trying to send it down with a hand over it sent it careening around the room as if desperate to get away! We were doubled over laughing. It doesn't seem very sturdy, so I have my doubts as to how long it will last, but I know it'll be lots of fun for the boys while it does!

Great fun for all ages.
This flying drone is mostly encompassed by a flexible cage. The cage is relatively soft and it is unlikely that the drone would damage or harm anyone or anything in a significant way. It flies autonomously and uses infrared lighting and sensors to avoid walls and other obstructions. It isn't foolproof but collisions haven't caused any damage around our home. Indoor flying is best done with relatively high ceilings and generous open spaces. Outdoor flying could be problematic since there is no available way to directly control where the drone goes or how high it might fly. Flying outside in windy conditions would most likely result in a lost drone. All humans, young and old, seem to enjoy this drone - even the dogs like chasing it around. The battery lasts about 6 minutes per flight and charge time is less than 30 minutes. There is a USB charge wire included in the box but no USB wall plug - I charged up by plugging into my Surface computer's USB slot. This is the third electronic item I've received recently that provided only a short USB charging wire. Maybe we've finally reached a situation where there is a reasonably standardized electrical charging solution. To sum up - this is a delightfully fun "flying saucer" that darts and dances around in astounding ways. It also crashes seemingly hard without damaging itself or anything else. I would recommend this to any of my family members or friends.
